You will be able to checkout with paynow after purchase or if you prefer bank transfer you will automatically be sent an email straight after winning your auction with payment details and instructions. Payment must be made in full prior to delivery and a maximum of 3 days after auction closes (unless prior arrangement has been made). Otherwise bad feedback will be placed If you do not intend on completing the trade, please just let us know this saves everyone time and hassle.

It can take up to 48 hours for transferred funds to clear. We will send the purchased items as soon as the payment has appeared in our account.

Please note that payments made over a weekend may not show in our account until Tuesday morning. Public holidays also may add an extra working day

To speed up your item being dispatched please email a confirmation email once you have made payment and where possible attach at confirmation receipt so we can get your items dispatched as fast as possible.

Price / Invoice

All prices are inc New Zealand Dollars and are GST inclusive.

GST invoices are emailed with tracking numbers once products have been dispatched- please check your junk folder if you haven’t received it.

Please bare in mind we don't have your car in front of us so we can only work from the information you give us and the catalogue system we have available to us. Variations on parts for all models occur.

Refunds will not be offered if the buyer simply changes their mind, or if the item is 'not what you expected' Atlas Auto Parts strives for 100% customer satisfaction however in the unlikely event that the part we send you is incorrect we reserve the right to attempt to supply the correct parts before issuing a refund.

If we cannot supply the correct part the item must be returned in SALEABLE condition ie: original undamaged packaging with postage prepaid, special order items aren’t returnable, please do not write on the boxes or the parts. most parts are still on cars, so will be subject to inspection prior to removal For warranty items our policy is to replace or repair and not refund (when possible). All items must be returned to us for full assessment before a decision can be made. Refunds will not be offered after the item has been used or damaged.

Electrical components are not returnable unless faulty. This is because some people fit new parts to try diagnose issues and as a customer you wouldn’t want a part that has already been fitted

As Atlas Auto Parts has no control over the end use or the proper fitting of the products purchased – Atlas Auto Parts cannot be held responsible for any defects caused by improper fitting or incorrect use.

All goods, unless stated otherwise, are warranted to fulfil the specifications listed in our auctions, and to perform the tasks for which they are intended.

All of our parts are sold with a specified warranty period. This will vary depending on the part purchased.

We operate within the rules of the Consumer Guarantees Act, and we will provide a remedy under that act if the goods are faulty.

All sales are final and we strive to provide quality products, reliable service, and fast delivery, Goods are not returnable if you change your mind.

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction; in the unlikely event that an item is faulty warranty is applied as return to the base, any defective unit must be returned to Atlas Auto Parts for assessment at customer's cost before it can be considered for warranty, prior arrangement is required.

Please email us to resolve any dispute prior posting a negative or neutral feedback, we consider any transaction finalized once a negative feedback is posted. Further assistance or facility will automatically be withdrawn.

We will inspect all returned products. If product found to be defective due to improper installation or misuse, the warranty coverage will be declined automatically.

Engine Warranty:

Engine warranty will be VALID subject to change of new water pump, new cam belt, tensioner, thermostat, all oil seals - camshaft, crankshaft, front and rear main seal, new oil, oil filter, anti-freeze, radiator serviced by radiator specialist, 90% of engine failure is caused by overheating. Warranty covers parts or exchange of the long block assembly only. provided it has been fitted correctly and has not been subject to abuse, overheating, dismantled, stripped, modified, altered or used in any way other than the same application intended by the original manufacturer. The recipient vehicle must also be as per manufacturer’s original specification Any damage caused by the failure of accessory or ancillary parts will not be covered by this warranty Any defective unit must be returned to Atlas Auto Parts for assessment before it can be considered for warranty. The warranty is VOID if the unit is overheated, run low on oil, or otherwise abused. Receipts of parts purchased for warranty conditions will be required. If your vehicle is modified your warranty may be void as we only cover cars within manufactures specifications

The condition of cam belt, oil, oil seals, all filters, sparkplugs, clutch system and the tuning of the engine are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Our liability is to supply a replacement engine only, or parts to repair engine not exceeding the purchase price. All labour and consumables are the responsibility of the purchaser.

WARRANTY FOR ANY GOODS ALTERED OR TAMPERED WITH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Transmission warranty Transmission must be fitted with new filters, gaskets and seals, flushed and a new external trans cooler fitted, must be fitted by an approved, qualified automotive workshop. Otherwise warranty is void.
