DELIVERY INFO:

Freight Costs are usually listed on the item auction - If a larger item we can get freight quotes for you if required.

• Please submit your delivery address through via Trade Me rather than emailing it
• Don't forget to tick the box for Rural Delivery shipping if it applies - we use Fastway Couriers. Please check your address on http://www.addresscheck.co.nz to see if you need to select rural delivery.
• Deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box
• Goods will be shipped within 3 working days of payment & address being received

All condition statements are a guide only and all items are offered on an AS IS WHERE IS basis. We encourage questions if you are unsure.

EXCELLENT :

No major flaws, may have minor usage and wear but an excellent example

VERY GOOD :

A very good example but has light wear and may have light marking. No major flaws unless otherwise stated

GOOD :

Acceptable condition but is clearly secondhand and has clear wear and usage marks. No major flaws unless stated

AVERAGE :

More severe usage and wear marks and general untidiness, may need some minor work.

OK :

Severe usage and wear, items may have some damage, but is in untidy condition. May need significant repair work

ROUGH :

As above but more severe, may have major damage, may be suitable for parts only

Return Policy

If any product is faulty and not listed as such or incorrectly described in the auction details we will repair it or replace it, or refund you if this is not possible. We will not offer a refund if you simply change your mind. Please don't just send the item back without contacting us first as you will be liable for the freight charges.

Warranty

Damage, misuse, negligent installation or operation, inadequate packaging, transportation, cleaning or maintenance, unauthorized modifications or additions voids warranty.

We will post positive feedback for every successful transaction and hope you will do the same once you have received your product. If you have ANY problems at all please contact us first before placing negative feedback as we will always endeavor to rectify issues, negative feedback should always be a last resort
