We accept payment by Ping, Afterpay, Pay Now and internet banking. Payment instructions are automatically sent to you at the time of purchase. When paying by bank transfer please ensure you use a P reference number to avoid confusion.

Your order is usually despatched within 24 hours after payment is received, Monday - Friday. Please note weekend payments by bank transfer may not show until Tuesday. You will be advised by email if there is to be a delay for any reason.

We guarantee delivery to any valid postal address. If it is commercial a PO Box is better than a street address but either way please ensure the company name is included.

All your purchases are covered by protected by the Consumers Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act. In the event the book you receive differs from the description in the auction, is faulty or damaged, please let us know within 3 days of delivery and we will replace without question. All refunds are by negotiation.

Will you combine orders for shipping? We can send up to 6 items for a modest shipping charge anywhere in New Zealand including rural. Select p&p for the first item and 0.00 shipping for the 2nd to 6th

How much is delivery to a rural address? We don’t charge extra for shipping to a rural address.

Can you supply a GST invoice? Yes, we are a GST registered company and your tax invoice is emailed automatically as soon as your order is packed.

Will my book be protected from wet weather? All packaging is specially designed to ensure safe, undamaged delivery.

Can I pick my purchase up? No I’m sorry pick up isn’t an option.

Your privacy is protected under the New Zealand Privacy Act.
Under no circumstances will we sell, rent or give private information including name, address, or email to third parties unless legally required to do so.
