Courier Deliveries

We use New Zealand Couriers to send you your order. (Note: We ship to New Zealand only).

Shipment is made after payment has been confirmed.

Please note: Orders placed on a Friday will be sent out on the following Monday morning.

Refunds, Returns & Replacements

At Buckland Marine, we’re committed to offering quality products at great prices. To help keep our prices low, we aim to minimise operational costs - including those associated with returns.

As such, we do not accept returns unless the product is faulty or misrepresented, as covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act or the Fair Trading Act.

We encourage all customers to choose their purchases carefully. If you have any questions about a product before buying, please don’t hesitate to contact us—we’re here to help.

Our policy is to support the standard manufacturer warranty on all products.

If the goods have been damaged in transit please contact us immediately so that a claim can be lodged. We ask that you check your goods in full within 24 hours of receipt.

How to make a Warranty Claim

If you wish to return your product or require a replacement then the quickest way is to phone us. We will then check our records and get back to you as soon as possible.
