Very cheap ends for great quality carpet, came with a defect but quality control has apparently now been upped and the sales team were great to deal with in options to resolve the issue

The item was aesthetically pleasing, and the seller responded promptly. The item was shipped from the South Island, and I was willing to pay for delivery. However, the item was not delivered to my door but rather to an Auckland depot, which incurred an additional $286 delivery fee. I found this to be excessive, considering the depot was only 30 minutes away. However, I am more than happy with the item.

Don’t buy from this company! They are a bunch of cowboys. No communication from seller, then they cancel the order after payment. Terrible way to run a business
