Incorrectly advertised product advised as 3.5 inch inlet and outlet but is 3.5 inlet and 3 outlet I advised to be cautious with this selller

It's absolutely the worst trade I have ever made. 20 days later and I still haven't recieved my item. Item is currently being held by Customs and NZ Post who want me to pay GST on an item I have already paid GST on. The seller never stated the item would be shipped from Australia. However, they did state 3-6 days delivered with a $69 freight charge. The seller has now washed their hands, saying there is nothing more they can do. No mention of a refund or replacement.
