How long will my order take to ship?

Once your order is placed it will be sent to one of our Australian, International or New Zealand warehouses for processing, then collected by one of our freight partners to deliver to your door.

Each product listing will show the time your order takes to ship ie. The time it takes to leave our warehouse.

Once my order ships, how long will delivery take?

In order to get your purchase to you in the quickest time possible, we use some of the world's largest freight providers.

For 365 Days Plan: comes with 18GB (SMALL 365 DAYS plan) 48GB (MEDIUM 365 DAYS Plan) 180GB (LARGE 365 DAYS Plan) or 384GB (EXTRA LARGE 365 DAYS Plan) Total Data, in each case split into 30 day blocks as per prepay plan table from days 1 – 360. From days 361 – 365, 256MB (SMALL 365 DAYS Plan), 683MB (MEDIUM 365 DAYS Plan) 2560MB (LARGE 365 DAYS Plan) or 5461MB (EXTRA LARGE 365 DAYS Plan) will be added to the account. 1GB = 1024MB. If Data Per 30 Days amount is exhausted before 30 days has elapsed, access to data will cease until the beginning of the next 30 day block (if any), or the customer recharges or purchases a data pack.
