What is the cost of delivery?

Each product clearly shows the cost of shipping. Where we can, we will offer free shipping.

Can I collect my order from your store?

Yes, you can collect from our store (based in Kapiti). Please give us 48hrs notice if you wish to collect from our shop, as we need to make sure we have your product here ready for collection.

• Please make sure you have a copy of the sales invoice and a form of ID. Without these items we will not be able release the product.

How long will my order take?

We process orders Monday to Friday, and we dispatch orders once a day. On top of this processing time, you will also have to factor in delivery time. Orders received after 2pm Monday to Friday will be processed the next working day. We do not process orders at the weekend or on public holidays.

Dispatch Direct or from a supplier?

Although we hold a huge amount of stock, sometimes we get caught short! In this case to speed up your delivery we may dispatch direct from one of our suppliers.

In stock or out of stock?

In the unlikely event of us not having your product in stock or our supplier running short, it may take extra time for us to dispatch your order. You will be kept informed if such a situation occurs and will not be charged anything extra.

Will I need to assemble the equipment?

As the equipment is shipped directly to your door sometimes there will be an element of assembly. Before you purchase please make sure you are happy to assemble the equipment.

To help you choose we have rated how hard we believe it is for the average person to assemble the equipment. If you do not wish to assemble anything you can always purchase instore.

Assembly Rating

None – Comes out of the box ready to use. Easy – No tools needed just fit the parts. Moderate - Simple – Basic screwdriver or spanner needed. Moderate-Difficult – Basic set of hand tools needed. Difficult – Basic hand tools + may be heavy and/or need two people to assemble safely.

Click and Collect

With click and collect, you can buy on Trade Me and collect from our store in Paraparaumu instead of having items sent to your home. You get the convenience of browsing our range online from the comfort of your home and having your order ready for collection much quicker than waiting for the courier. We will notify you by email when your order is in store waiting to be collected so you are in and out with minimal fuss - No more waiting in or missing couriers!

STEP 1: Shop Trade Me as usual and add your products to cart. STEP 2: Add your billing and shipping address as usual (tick to use billing address as shipping address to save time). STEP 3: In the notes say you wish to "Pickup from Store". STEP 4: Once your order has been paid and we have your order ready we will email you when the order is ready to collect.

Returns and Refunds

We will require notification within 5 working days of date of purchase or delivery for any returns to be considered, will only accept returns of certain products. All returned products must be in excellent, unused brand-new condition and in their original undamaged packaging with all manuals and any accessories included at time of purchase. Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase this is either a Trade Me receipt or invoice. The cost of freight for the returned product is at the expense of the purchaser.

What cannot be returned?

Due to health and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of any of the following products:

• Incontinence products (disposable pads, underwear, bedding)
• Toilet products (any)
• Bathroom seating and personal cleaning products (any)

Costs for returns?

We reserve the right to charge an administration fee for returned goods. This will be up to $25. The cost of freight for the returned product is at the expense of the purchaser.

Warranties

All the equipment we sell is guaranteed to be up to international quality and safety standards such as CE and ISO. This means you can buy from us knowing you will receive a quality product that is sold and dispatched in New Zealand. In the unlikely event of a problem a 1-year warranty is given for all new products. In addition to the standard 1-year warranty, some of our larger items (mobility scooters) include a 2 or 3-year manufacturer warranty. (Please check your owner’s manual for full details on manufacturer warranties).

Please contact us immediately via our return form. If your warranty claim is accepted as per the terms of the warranty, we will repair or replace the product as per the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

The warranty period commences from the date of purchase. The warranty covers faulty materials, product defects, and faulty workmanship. The warranty does not include damage resulting from normal wear and tear, incorrect use of the product, or abuse or misuse of the product. We will require a reasonable amount of time to assess a warranty claim which may involve sending away any faulty parts for assessment by the manufacturer. Warranties cover manufacturing defects, please note that the guarantee does not cover faults arising from:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage or mistreatment
