- Payments
5.1 Prices include GST: All prices stated are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. You are responsible for payment of all applicable local taxes, including any additional duties, transport fees, biosecurity system entry levies. 5.2 Customs and duties: All orders will be shipped from outside New Zealand. You are the importer of record and will be responsible for all customs import duties, including tariffs, import transaction fees and (if applicable) GST charged on importation that may be imposed on the import. These charges are outside of our control. Contact your local customs office for more information on what import duties or GST may be imposed or visit http://www.customs.govt.nz.
5.3 Delivery charges: Delivery charges will be indicated to you at the time of ordering, added to the purchase price before you confirm your order and payable by you at the same time as the purchase price.
5.4 Failed payment: In the event of a failed payment for whatever reason, you agree to compensate us in full against all reasonable costs, expenses and outgoings we incur in attempting to obtain payment from you.
- Shipping
6.1 New Zealand only: Delivery of a Product will only be made to the New Zealand delivery address on your Trade Me account or such other address agreed by us during the order process.
6.2 Delivery method: We will deliver the Products to you in such manner and form of transport that we consider appropriate. Delivery is complete:
(a) If you are a consumer, once the Products have been delivered to your delivery address. If there is no person to accept delivery, the Products will be left at the front door or as instructed by you in your order, and will be deemed to have been delivered at that point in time. Delivery instructions must be reasonable in relation to the scope of these deliveries. The Products will be your responsibility, once they have been delivered at your delivery address.
(b) If you are a business customer, once the Products are made available for off-loading. Unless we agree with you otherwise, any off-loading of the Products will be at your expense and you will be required to provide appropriate equipment and manual labour for such off-loading. You must provide all requisite instructions, documents, licences and authorisations required for or relevant to the delivery of the Product to enable delivery to take place, and we will not be responsible for any failure or delay in delivery as a result of your failing to comply with this condition.
6.3 When we will deliver: Our store may include target delivery times, but these are estimates only and we will not be liable for failure to deliver within these times. If we think that the delivery of your order is likely to be delayed, we will contact you. We may delay dispatch of orders due to stock availability and you will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable if this will affect our target delivery times.
6.4 If delivery is delayed by an event outside our control: If our supply of the Products is delayed by an event outside our control (including a delay at customs) then we will contact you to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. If there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
6.5 If you cause a delay in delivery, including at customs: If the delay is caused by a factor within your control (e.g., you have not completed appropriate customs forms), the delay may incur extra costs or require us to cancel the agreement between you and us. We will try to discuss any delay with you before taking action.
6.6 If we are unable to deliver the Products: If we are unable to deliver because no one is available to take delivery or you fail to give us adequate delivery instructions then:
(a) we will, where possible, leave instructions informing you how to rearrange delivery or how to collect the Products from us;
(b)without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to us, we may charge you any additional costs that we reasonably incur, such as the cost of storing and insuring the Products until actual delivery;
(c)if, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection, we may cancel your order and recover the Products.
6.7 What information do we require: You will be asked to provide information including your name, email address and postal address when completing a transaction. Your order will be sent to the postal address you provide at the time of purchase. We accept no responsibility for orders that are not received as a result of an incomplete or incorrect address being provided. You confirm that all information that you provide to us is true, accurate, complete and not misleading and that you will notify us immediately if any part of this information changes.
