Haven’t received the products after three working days when you received the tracking email. Solutions: 1. Please click the tracking link we sent in the email to check the order status. 2. Please check your mail box if there is any Notice left by the courier, especially when parcel is signature required 3. Please contact us if the parcel status stuck in processing for more than 2 working days. We will contact the courier company for you and arrange a replacement send to you asap while waiting the tediously investigation progress.

Changing your mind / purchasing the wrong product by mistake

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have purchased the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy (excludes special order items).

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

[IMPORTANT NOTICE] To exchange a product, goods MUST be sealed / unopened / unused, with packaging in original condition, and we will need to be notified within 7 days of purchase / delivery. Special order items are excluded and cannot be returned / exchanged. Buyers required to send the wrong products back to our store on their own expense, freight cost is non-refundable or actual cost price of freight will be deducted from the total payment if product is listed as free shipping.

Incorrectly supplied products

If you have been accidentally supplied the wrong product, INKPOWER will supply the correct product (where it is available) or issue a credit / refund.

In order to supply the correct product, the incorrect product will first need to be returned to us. INKPOWER can arrange the collection of the incorrect product by courier if you purchased online.

In this scenario we will need to be notified within 7 days of purchase / delivery and the incorrect product supplied MUST be in resalable / unused condition.

Products damaged in transit

If your product has been damaged during transit to your delivery address we will replace your product, or issue a credit / refund where a suitable replacement is not available.

You must notify us within 24 hours for returns of this nature so we can arrange the collection of your product by courier

Products that are faulty upon arrival / first use

If the product you received is faulty upon arrival / first use, INKPOWER will either repair or replace your product, or issue a credit / refund where a suitable replacement is not available. In order to repair, replace or issue a credit / refund for your faulty product, it will need to be returned to us so we can test and confirm that it is faulty.

All returns of this nature must be made within 14 days of purchase / delivery and we can arrange the collection of your product by courier if you purchased online.

Products that are faulty within the warranty period If your product is faulty or has stopped working as intended and is still within the warranty period specified when you purchased your product, INKPOWER will repair or replace your product or issue a credit / refund where a suitable replacement is not available.

In order to repair, replace or issue a credit / refund for your faulty product, it will need to be returned to us so we can test and confirm that it is faulty. You may also be able to contact the manufacturer directly to arrange a repair / replacement.

Returns of this nature can be made any time within the warranty period and it is your responsibility to cover any costs of returning the product to us.

Testing fees and return freight

If you return a product to us that is not faulty, you may be liable for a testing fee and freight charges to return the product to you.

Restocking fees

In some special circumstances, we may agree (at our discretion) to accept a return of a product that is not faulty. In these situations there will be a handling fee equal to at least 15% of the goods value. Delivery, service and assembly fees are not refunded at all.

We treat our customer seriously, your feedback is crucial to our success. A good feedback is welcome, a neutral or negative feedback means we need to do better on our job, is acceptable but please give us a chance to remedy the deficiencies.

PLACING AN ORDER

Can I cancel my order? Once an order has been placed and the payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled by the customer. However, if the online division is contacted immediately via email or by phone (prior to the item/s being dispatched) the online team will be able to intercept and organise a refund. If the order has already been sent, it will need to be returned by the customer and received by the online team prior to a refund being issued. How long will it take for my order to arrive? We endeavour to process all online orders as quickly as possible, however in addition to our internal stock holding, we also source items externally, therefore some orders can take a little longer to process. Please allow between 2 – 5 business days to receive your order. If you have not received your order within this timeframe, please contact our online division so that they can track and locate your item/s. I made a mistake when I placed my order, what do I do? We do understand that mistakes happen, so if you have ordered an incorrect size/item, forgotten to apply a promotional code, or provided an incomplete/incorrect delivery address - please make sure you contact the online team via email as soon as possible. Remember to include the order number and the correct details and we will endeavour to intercept you order before it is dispatched. What happens if I provide an incorrect delivery address? It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address details have been provided at the time the order is placed. However, we do understand that a mistake may occur. If you have provided an incomplete or incorrect delivery address, please make sure you contact the online team via email as soon as possible. Remember to include the order number and the correct details and we will endeavour to intercept you order before it is dispatched.

Why is there a delay in my delivery? Shipping may take additional time during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather events. Please contact our online division if you have not received your order after 5 business days if there has been no notification of expected delayed deliveries.

I have emailed during a Weekend, why has no one replied to me? Although you can make purchases from our online store 24hrs a day, the online office is not in operation over the weekend or on public holidays. It is open Monday-Friday 9am – 5.30pm. Our team will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible during business hours.

Can I call/visit INKPOWER site to query my online order?

Please be aware that although the store and the website are all owned by INKPOWER LTD, the store is separate from the online division - therefore the staff in store may not be able to assist you with your query, especially if it is regarding your order. Please email to INKPOWER for anything relating to your order or the website. However, the friendly team at our store will be able to assist you with information about your enquiries and/or product information.

I made an order but I didn’t receive an order confirmation email? Firstly check your junk/spam mail to confirm the order confirmation. If you have not received an order confirmation from us, shortly after placing an order, please contact the online team as soon as possible. Occasionally a tech issue may have prevented a confirmation email from being sent, and if this is the case our team will be able to forward it to you.
