WHOLESALE PRICES DIRECT TO THE PUBLIC
Payment instructions are automatically sent to customers within a few minutes of auctions closing and we ask that payment is made in full within 3 working days. Please ensure that you include the exact auction number on all bank deposits to avoid confusion. It may take a couple of days for your payment to appear, especially payments made over the weekend or public holidays.
Internet Banking / Direct Credit: Full Payment Instructions are auto emailed to all winning bidders. Credit Card via Pay Now: Available via Trade Me for most products. EFTPOS / Cash on pickup: Available at our Auckland showroom, but you may need to wait while your order is processed for collection. Pre-payment is recommended.
Layby: Layby available on some most items. Please enquire by asking a question on the auction.
GST Tax Invoices: We are a GST registered company and tax invoices are provided on request.
Deliveries and pick ups:
Standard Delivery Service:
Delivery to Driveway for City Residential Areas Only (Excludes difficult driveways and unfinished sites.) South Island City Residential includes Christchurch, Nelson, Dunedin Cities only. Delivery to Nearest City Depot for all other deliveries including Rural, Towns and City Rural Areas (Requires you to pick up from our carriers nearest city depot.) Normally 2-7 working day delivery service after payment is received. Driver on site for up to 10 minutes to drop off. Deliveries of items weighing over 20Kg require you to have 1 suitable unloading person on site able to carry 20Kg in addition to the driver.
Goods Delivery and Pick-up claims.
All deliveries require a person present to unpack and inspect delivery and sign for goods received in good condition and free from breakages/damage. It is advisable that they immediately open packages and inspect for signs of damage or defect.
Signing for goods or accepting goods without a person present may be either:
- a waiver of your rights to claim for transport damage; or
- a reduction of your rights to claim for faults/damage in manufacturing etc.
Do not sign “undamaged” unless you are completely satisfied with the condition of the contents in terms of breakages and damage or defect.
Deliveries exclude special delivery services – e.g. quick, after hours, unpacking & assembly, box / pallet removal, installation, placement within home, and time greater than 10 minutes on site.
Returns
Returns of non-faulty items require proof of purchase and goods must come back to us in unopened, unused, resaleable condition in original packaging with all manuals and accessories, within 28 days. If your return qualifies, we'll happily provide you with an exchange or store credit.
Restocking Fee:
Other returns will attract a restocking fee (Minimum 20%) if returned after the 28 days or if the unit is not as saleable (packaging/usage).
If your item is faulty this policy does not apply, instead you will be eligible for remedy under the warranty policy as detailed below.
Warranty Policy
We offer a minimum 12 month parts warranty on all products. Some products come with up to 10 year warranties, please check the specific item.
We will repair or replace faulty goods within their warranty period. Exception may be made in the case of damage to or misuse of the item, problems caused by the use or misuse of the items, negligent operation, inadequate maintenance, commercial use or unauthorised repairs and modifications.
Warranty returns must first be approved by a Living4less representative. Our team of experts will organise a suitable solution for you depending on the issue. In the case of repair you will be required to return the unit to one of our service agents. We will then repair or replace the item and get it back to you within a reasonable timeframe.
Warranties are not transferable beyond the original buyer. Warranty valid in New Zealand only.
Warranty does not cover: Bonus accessory items such as batteries and storage bags & cases. Incorrect assembly, misuse, abuse or use of a product for which it was not designed. Normal wear and tear. Neglect, deliberate damage, failure to care for or maintain the product in an acceptable manner. Unauthorised repairs or modifications. Minor imperfections not affecting performance or decorative value. Damage caused after removal, reinstallation that may have been caused by such.
Personal Household use only. The warranty is for personal or household use. It excludes commercial/industrial, rental property and rental use.
