The only method of payment we accept is via ‘Ping Payments’. Orders are dispatched (Monday – Friday Only).

Refunds:

Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees ACT to provide a remedy.

We use Post Haste courier services for all smaller items and can provide a Track and Trace via email and/or text upon dispatch of your purchase.

For larger and/or fragile items, we ship via various freight services. Due to the logistics with these companies, we are unable to provide tracking details.

If we are delivering to a business address, please ensure you give us the name of your business, and please remember we are unable to courier to PO. Boxes.

GOODS MUST BE CHECKED BEFORE SIGNING THE DELIVERY DOCKET.

If there is a broken item, please record the damage on delivery docket so we can make a claim with our freight company. Failure to do so and/or lodging a claim for broken / damaged goods after 24 hours of delivery will result in the claim being rejected.

Lead times for ALL orders are 5-10 business days and we currently do not allow for collections of any kind.

All goods come with a 12-month warranty against defective parts and workmanship (unless stated otherwise) for domestic use. Seconds or ex display goods being sold in an ‘as is where is’ condition do not come with these warranties. Mico reserve the right to assess, repair, replace or service any warranty claims as they see fit.

The above warranties exclude:

• any defect, damage, or injury caused by or resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, abuse or neglect, accidental damage, or improper installation or other alterations or modifications which affect the reliability or performance of the item not attributed to faulty manufacture;
• the replacement of products where damage is caused by water pressure is outside the recommended levels, where the hot water temperature exceeds 55°C;
• claims which have not been notified to Mico within ninety (90) days of the problem first appearing; and consequential loss or damage due to the product.]

An invoice/packing slip is to be presented for all warranty claims. The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 also applies for all Consumer customers (as defined under that Act). Clause 9 of Mico’s Retail Terms of Sale apply to all sales.
