Internet Banking

Payment for a purchase can be made by internet banking (please see our banking details below). Transfers made Friday night or over the weekend may not be confirmed until the following Tuesday due to bank delays.

Bank Deposit

Deposits can be made at any ASB Bank using the banking details above (remember to include your name and auction number as a reference).

Credit Card / EFTPOS

You can pay using Trademe’s Pay Now Credit Card system or Trademe’s AfterPay . We also have EFTPOS available at our warehouse and can also accept Visa or Mastercard credit or Debit card payments by phone or at our warehouse.

Cheques and Cash

Payment can be made by cheque or cash.

We aim to get your purchase to you as quickly as we can and make every effort to send out all purchases on the day that payment clears (at the latest a purchase will sent out on the next working day). We email our customers as soon as their purchase has been sent. Our courier & freight companies operate Monday – Friday during normal working hours. Please note: Rural deliveries often take several days longer than non-rural.

PICKUPS:

Customer product collections are more than welcome. We can usually accommodate a collection on any day of the week and at a time to suit our customers.

FULL 12 MONTH WARRANTY ON ALL PRODUCTS:

Buy from us with 100% Total Confidence. All products come with a FULL 12 MONTH WARRANTY (non – commercial use only) -In the unlikely event that a fault should develop. We will pay ALL expenses to either repair or replace the product including ALL FREIGHT to return the item to us and then to resend it back to our customer. Should you ever need any assistance with your purchase we have a friendly customer services support team that can always help you out. We are only ever an email or phone call away.

__ RETURNS & REFUNDS:__

We want all our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. We will give all our customers 14 days from the date of delivery to return any product, provided it is in good condition and in the original packaging as received. (Please contact us first before returning - we will provide a refund once the goods are received by us plus a full refund of postage both ways).
