We only accept payments through Ping. Ping allows you to pay instantly for your purchases by credit or debit card or bank deposit on Trade Me.

All items are posted dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria to New Zealand wide via Australia Pot or Aramex. Please ensure that you are providing the CORRECT delivery address before making payment, otherwise late delivery or cancel order may occur. Please leave your contact number as it will be mandatory for internationally parcels. Items will be despatched within 2 business days. And the Tracking will be provided once the order is fulfilled. Delivery normally takes 1-2 weeks depending on the postcode. Note: PO BOX is not accepted. If an order is returned back to our warehouse for any reason such as an undeliverable address provided, Simply Wholesale reserves the right to charge any additional costs to the buyer for delivering the order again. All items shipped from overseas directly to you may incur customs charges and taxes, including GST. The buyer is responsible to pay any applicable customs or import duties that may be charged once the parcel reaches New Zealand. We accept return for refund if customers change mind. Customers have to return the item by their cost within 30 days. And refund will be processed after we receive the item ( postage is not refundable)
