We take Paynow, Visa & Mastercard. All items must be paid for within 7 days, if items are not paid for with 7 days order will be cancelled and the sellers fee will be reclaimed from Trade Me.

GST invoices are sent with orders.

All items are shipped from our Nelson store, we make every effort to get the product to your door as swiftly as possible and will send the item(s) out as soon as the payment has been confirmed.

Please allow up to 2-4 working days for delivery and longer if for rural address. Let us know if you need the item urgently and we will try to get it to you ASAP. We cannot deliver to any PO Box. If delivering to a Company address, please ensure the company name is included. A phone number is good too as sometimes couriers can’t find you.

We always send with signature required courier to ensure the safety of your item, but if you want the package left non signature required, we can do that any loss will not be our responsibility.

All deliveries are by Courier Post / NZ Post / Post haste courier. You are welcome to combine auctions to save freight costs.

We will be glad to exchange undamaged and unused items with no restocking fee within 14 days from the date of sale.

For item exchanges, credits, or refunds: NMC Online must wait until the original item has been returned to ship your product. If item is to be returned for a credit or refund, the item must be sent back and checked for condition before a credit or refund is issued.

Credit card refunds are credited back to the original card used for the purchase. All goods must be returned in original condition by a registered courier with a tracking number.
