Payment Instructions: Payment instructions are sent to bidders within a few minutes of the auction win/close. We appreciate full payment be made within 3 working days of the auction win/close date. Combine Shipping

We can combine shipping, $1 for 1 extra item after you pay a full shipping fee on one order.

Courier Deliveries:

We generally dispatch orders on the same or next working day once payment has been confirmed and not prior. Delays can occur during peak times, dependent on the courier schedule. The tracking number will be emailed to you after the order has been dispatched.

Please ensure that your address and shipping address are both correct before paying, we have no responsibility for lost times that are sent to the wrong address you provide.

Please also Make sure you pay for the rural delivery if you in. the courier will refuse to deliver to the rural area. We have no responsibility for the delay in shipping.

Feedback:

We recommend that Buyer leave their feedback after their items are received. Please contact us FIRST to fix any problems or issues BEFORE placing negative feedback. Negative feedback does not solve any problem.

Warrant Policy

• If the listing does not contain any warranty information then we will provide a 30-day Return to Base warranty. Please check the listing carefully for the correct warranty period.
• We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead On Arrival (DOA).
• The Buyer must check their item immediately and report any damages or faults to the seller by e-mail within 48hrs of having received their item. We reserve the right to refuse any claims that are made after this time frame.
• Buyer has the responsibility and expense of sending back the faulty item.
• The return postage must be paid entirely by the Buyer.
• We will resend a replacement. Refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available.
• All warranty claims must be made by the original buyer of the item. Warranty is not transferable beyond the original buyer.
• All accessories and bonus gifts are not covered by warranty.
• Delivery docket, buyer details will be required as proof of purchase.
• Warranties are not transferable beyond the original buyer and valid in New Zealand only.
• We adhere to all of TradeMe's Terms and Conditions.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Bonus accessory items(such as accessories that comes with the package for free)
• Incorrect assembly, misuse, abuse, or use of a product for which it was not designed
• Damage from neglect or careless storage.
• Unauthorised repairs.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be offered on items that arrive Dead on Arrival, AND we are unable to repair the item or provide a replacement of equal or greater functionality.
• Refunds will not be offered if items are not compatible with the buyer's system OR the buyer is unable to operate or assemble items. Buyers must ensure that systems are checked for compatibility prior to purchase/bidding. But we are happy to exchange the compatible item for the buyer with the buyer's shipping fee.
• Refunds will not be offered after the item has been used.
• Products must be returned with all accessories including their original packing materials, cartons, and boxes to eligible for a refund.
• Refunds will not be considered if:
• You simply 'change your mind' or * Item was 'not what you expected it to be' or 'not what you imagined it to be.
• All items must be returned to us for full assessment BEFORE a refund will be issued.
• Refunds are processed by us after we receive the original item and check the condition.
• All eligible non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be in re-sellable condition. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s), we will issue a refund for the purchased product(s) less than the 20% restocking fee.
