We only accept payments through Ping.

Ping allows you to pay instantly for your purchases by credit or debit card or bank deposit on Trade Me.

We are not able to accept any other methods of payment such as AfterPay on Trade Me.

Shipping Cost We ship nationwide from our Australian warehouse; cost is calculated per part. We deliver to your home or business address or post office box. We strongly recommend you use Trade Me’s Shopping Cart for multiple item orders. This way you’ll be assured of getting the lowest possible delivery cost, and will be able to see any delivery discounts before you pay. In the event that multiple items are ordered, these items may be delivered at separate time/days with different freight providers.

Shipping Method Your order will be sent through Australia Post or one of our preferred couriers on business days only. All orders are fully tracked, so that you can keep up to date with the whereabouts of your order until it arrives at your door. You can view the tracking number and details in your Trade Me Purchases dashboard. The shipping providers we utilise require a signature upon delivery to ensure security and deliverability.

The delivery times provided by Performance Warehouse are estimates only. We take care to pack every item securely to so it reaches you in brand new condition however, Performance Warehouse will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

We do not offer a pickup service for products as we are based in Australia.

Most orders are dispatched on the same or next business day. We deliver via Australia Post or tracked courier service - once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order with our delivery partner.

Standard NZ delivery is 5 to 10 business days to major cities, with additional time for regional and rural deliveries.

Restrictions Performance Warehouse’s Trade Me store offers delivery within New Zealand only. We do not currently ship to international Armed Forces or Freight Forwarders. Packages do not ship from our Distribution Centre in Melbourne on the following holidays:

Please allow additional delivery times of up to 5 business days, if your order is placed within two days of the above public holidays. Please note that orders placed after 12.00pm on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday. Weekends and all Public holidays are not classed as a business day. All orders will be processed on the first available business day.

1. Our most important task is to ensure your absolute satisfaction. However, we acknowledge that mistakes are made occasionally. This paragraph covers that possibility. If you are not wholly satisfied with the Product, please tell us at the earliest opportunity: 1.1. exactly what is the fault; 1.2. the date, if relevant, when the fault became apparent; 1.3. when and how you discovered the fault; 1.4. how the fault affected your use of the Goods.
2. To do this, it is essential that you follow the instructions below. These provisions apply in the event that you return Goods to us because you say they are defective.
3. You must tell us that you would like to return Goods, by phone, email message or by letter to our postal address: Performance Warehouse, 6 Corporate Boulevard, Bayswater VIC 3153, Australia. Specify exactly what Goods and when purchased, and give full details of the defect or other reason for return by completing the Inwards Return Summary form. You must also include a physical copy of the completed form when you return the Goods. If you send Goods to us without a completed form, we may not be able to identify sufficient details to enable us to attend to your return.
4. The Goods must be returned to us within 30 days.
5. So far as possible, Goods should be returned: 5.1. with both Goods and all packaging as far as possible in their original condition; 5.2. securely wrapped; 5.3. including a completed Goods Return form; 5.4. at your risk and cost when your return is because you decided you have purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item; 5.5. via our return label when your return is because the received product was incorrectly supplied, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way.

Do you offer pickup? We do not offer pickup as we are based in Australia.

Are the prices of items negotiable? Prices are fixed in our Trade Me store, and we do not offer discounts for purchasing multiple items.

The price of the item has changed. Prices can change without notice. All charges are in NZD. Non-Australian currency amounts are approximate and based on exchange rates. We regularly hold sales, promotions or clearance events for different seasons and product range changes, therefore prices can, and will change from time to time however we are not obligated to honour previous prices; only those published at the time of purchase apply.

Can you hold an item for later payment? We require immediate payment after you commit to purchase. We cannot hold items for future payment.

How do I pay for my item? You can pay securely via Ping using your Visa, Mastercard, bank account, or Ping balance. Payment is processed immediately through the Trade Me store. If you don’t have a Ping account, sign up at http://www.trademe.co.nz.

How much is postage? Postage costs are listed for each item and are calculated based on size, weight, and postal code.

Will international orders incur customs or duty charges? The supplier responsible for collecting and returning GST is ‘Trade Me Limited’, GST number 072-491-386. GST on the goods is paid by the buyer at the time of purchase and is not payable later upon import. International orders may be subject to local customs duties and fees, which are the recipient’s responsibility. On purchases where the total value is over $1,000 NZD (shipping costs are excluded from this), customs may charge the buyer any applicable tariff duties, import entry transaction fees and biosecurity system entry levies at the border. GST will also apply to these additional customs charges. If you refuse to pay these charges, the parcel may be abandoned, and we are not responsible for any loss. We cannot mark orders as gifts to reduce customs fees, as this is illegal.

When will my order be shipped? Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day of payment. Handling times for specific items are noted in the listings. You will receive an email confirmation with an estimated arrival date. Deliveries occur Monday to Friday.

How will I know when my order has shipped? You will receive a notification via Trade Me and an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information usually becomes available after 9pm NZST on the shipping day.

Can you change my shipping address? We cannot change the shipping address once an order is placed, as orders are processed quickly. Ensure your address is correct in your Trade Me account before placing an order. Confirm your address twice. If you need to correct an address error, contact us via Trade Me Messages immediately, and we will try to intercept the order.

How do I return my items? Refer to the Returns section in our Store Help menu for details on returning items.

My tracking shows the parcel has been delivered, but I can’t find it. What should I do? All deliveries require a signature. If you’re not home, the driver will leave a card with further instructions. Contact us via Trade Me Messages if you have issues with your delivery.
