Payment for goods is expected within three days of listing closing, unless it is a pick up order. Payment and collection for pick up orders need to be finalised within seven days of listing closing.

We accept all forms of trademe payments. As well as standard bank transfer, credit cards and paypal.

If you would like to pay on pick up we accept cash, credit card and eftpos in store.

Once your payment has cleared we will dispatch your goods. Upon dispatching your order you will receive tracking information.

Transit time is usually 1-3 work days. Additional days are required for rural deliveries.

All goods are shipped with signature required. When the customer gives authority to leave their parcel without signature, the customer bares liability for the receipt of goods after the courier has made their delivery.

We have a thirty day “change of mind” return policy. To be eligible for this good must be returned in 100% original condition.

• With the exception of clearance goods marked “SOLD AS IS”. Goods marked “SOLD AS IS” are non-refundable.

Goods need to be inspected within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for any claim.

If goods are damaged in transit, please take a photo of the damage to the parcel as evidence and contact us within 48 hours. An investigation will be conducted by the third party, being the contracted courier company.

If goods are received in defective or faulty condition please contact us immediately. We will remedy this by either, arranging for the goods to be collected and a replacement issued. Or, arranging for the good to be collected and issuing a 100% refund.

WARRANTYS

When a fault occurs after the goods have been received and accepted, the consumer is governed by New Zealand’s Fair Trading Act. As a reputable dealership we will remedy faults where we see them as being unacceptable. Regardless of whether or not the goods are still within their thirty day return limit.
