PAYMENT OPTIONS:

PING or PayNow is preferred, and is the most efficient way of ordering. Bank Transfer is available for those wishing to send payment direct to our Bank account but may take up to 3 days to transfer.

We also offer Afterpay on most items.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We use a choice of CourierPost or Aramex. Each listing will display the courier options available, often depending on size and weight.

We welcome 'Shipping: Combine with another freight paid item' for most items where the first purchase has freight paid on it then all additional items purchased at the same time are freight free.

All orders are “No signature required” unless buyer selects Tracking + Signature at time of purchase.

We honour the NZ Consumer’s Guarantees Act and any relevant NZ consumer rights legislation.

All items (unless otherwise stated) come with a 12 month RTB (return to base) warranty covering parts and workmanship. Depending on the fault, we will either repair or replace at our descretion. As usual, damage caused by wear and tear, accidental damage, liquid, dropping, dismantling or modifying in any way isn't covered. In addition, removal of any label, tampering, or any unauthorised use also voids the warranty.

Under no circumstances will we pass your details on to a third party, and all information supplied is considered private and confidential.

No credit card information is stored unless directly requested by the customer.

The only exception is the requirement where unrestricted two way radios for use by Amateur Radio Operators are sold. This does not apply to UHF PRS (CB) Radios or radios that do not have the capability to transmit (eg. scanner radios). The class of radio transmitter for which sale details are required to be sent to Radio Spectrum Management is any unrestricted two way radio as defined in the Radiocommunications Regulations (Prohibited Equipment – Unrestricted Two Way Radio) Notice 2018 or replacement thereof.

A return of Amateur Radio transmitters supplied is sent to Radio Spectrum Management within 10 working days after the end of the month.

Returns include the following details of the person to whom the equipment was supplied:

• the name of the person
• the callsign
• the address and telephone number
• the date on which the equipment was supplied
• the make, model and serial number of the equipment

Our Trade Me page is managed 7 days 9.00am – 5pm and orders processed as soon as possible after we receive them. Freight and courier tracking details will be sent via email following the purchase after the item(s) packaging is complete.

For general inquiries we will endeavour to answer all questions and emails the same or next working day.

LOCATION OF ITEMS PURCHASED

All items purchased through our TradeMe store ship from our warehouse in Christchurch. We do not Dropship any items or supply from overseas.
