Payment Methods we accept-

Internet Banking Collect and pay with Cash Eftpos Visa and Master Card (Credit Cards are subject to 2% transaction fee)

Payment Instructions-

Payment Instructions from a Trade Me purchase are automatically sent to all winning bidders within a few minutes of auction closing. Once you reply to our payment instructions we will send you through your invoice for payment.

Pick ups-

You are more then welcome to come into our store in Helensville to pick up any purchases that you may have brought (just check with our team which one holds the product you have bought). We do have free courtesy trailers you can use with any purchases (these trailers do extent, so it’s no trouble taking 6.0m lengths of timber)

Online and Trade Me pickup orders are held for 7 days. If you do not pick up your online order within 7 days, your order will automatically be cancelled, unless you have directly communicated with us when you will pick up your goods. If you do not pick up your online order within 7 days, but your order been paid for, we will attempt to contact the customer via email. If the goods are still not picked up, we will refund your account and cancel the order.

Deliveries-

We are more then happy to organise a delivery with you and our fantastic truck drivers. They will either be sent out on our small or big tipper truck. Price for delivery is worked out by distance from our yard to your site.

If you are outside of the Auckland area we do deliver depot to depot via a separate transport company.

If you have any damaged goods or incorrect goods we must must be notified within 24-48 hours.

We will not return or refund on products you purchase if you have changed your mind.

We are not liable for goods damaged or lost in delivery, however we do our best to resolve problems as quickly as possible.
