What is Ping? Ping allows you to make instant payments from your bank account, Ping balance, or credit/debit card. These Payments appear in our Ping balance instantly, so we can send your purchase out immediately. With Ping, you can use the stored money in your Ping balance (from items you’ve sold) to pay for Trade Me purchases. It’s easy: no more mucking around swapping bank account details. It’s instant: payments are processed instantly so you should receive items faster. It’s safe: paying with Ping offers you more protection because it keeps all the buyer and seller information securely on Trade Me. There’s no need to share your bank account or credit card details, and Trademe's Customer Support team will help you out if there are any problems. Plus, Trademe has a new initiative, Buyer Protection is applied to most Ping payments.

How does Ping work? Buying with Ping: When you win an auction or select Buy Now on a listing that offers Ping as a payment option, you can make an instant payment using Ping with your credit/debit card, bank account or Ping balance. Your payment will instantly appear in our Ping balance, so we can send your item straight away. Buyer Protection also applies to most Ping payments, giving buyers extra protection when they purchase items on Trade Me.

What is Afterpay? Afterpay is a easy and simple way to purchase your favourite products and Pay for your purchases over four simple instalments Pay for your purchase over four equal instalments, due every two weeks. Plus Afterpay makes it simple to pay when it suits you best. No new card applications, instant approval online Forget about long, complicated application forms. Afterpay’s proprietary platform makes it quick and easy to get approved instantly and keep shopping.

What do you need, to setup Afterpay?

All you need is a New Zealand:

• debit or credit card
• mobile phone number
• address.

How it works on Trade Me:

• Use 'Buy Now' or win an auction.
• Select 'Afterpay' as your payment option.
• You'll be taken to Afterpay's website.
• Follow the instructions for creating an Afterpay account, or sign in if you're already a customer.
• Once you're finished with Afterpay you'll be taken back to Trade Me.
• Afterpay will email you a payment schedule.

Other things to note:

• All payments need to be approved by Afterpay. (This happens instantly.)
• Afterpay purchases are eligible for Trade Me Buyer Protection.
• If you're a new Afterpay customer, you'll need to make your first payment at the time of purchase.
• Late payment fees apply.
• Availability subject to approval by Afterpay.

A GST invoice will automatically be emailed to you when we dispatch your order.

Courier Shipping

Courier overnight shipping within North Island - $4.90

Courier shipping South Island (1-3 working days) - $5.90

Overnight Courier within Auckland - $3.90

Courier Shipping Rural Delivery (1-3 working days) - $7.50

We aim to send all orders within 1 working day.

Shipping times:

CourierPost has an overnight delivery target across town and between major towns and cities. For rural and South Island deliveries please allow one to three working days.

CourierPost Delivery targets are guidelines only and we can not guarantee that your item will reach its destination within the delivery target.

Orders are sent out and delivered on working days. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Please note that orders placed after 12.00pm on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday. Weekends and all Public holidays are not classed as a business day. All orders will be processed on the first available business day. While we strive to send our order out within 1 business day, during peak holiday season this may be extended to 2 business days.

We are happy to combine shipping on any number of our auctions. Just select appropriate shipping on the first item and then "$0.00 Combined Shipping (Postage paid already)" for the balance of your purchases.

Customers with Rural Delivery addresses who fail to disclose or pay the Rural delivery courier fee will have their order held until rural postage is paid. Customers who choose the combined shipping $0.00 option and fail to pay for shipping will have their order held until payment is completed.

In the scenario that postage is not paid within 7 working days, Animal Kingdoms reserves the right to cancel the order. In this case a refund will be given if possible, minus any fees incurred and appropriate feedback given.

Christmas Shipping:

Our cut off date for Rural and South Island Christmas orders is not until Thursday 19th December at 12.30pm and for North Island non rural address the cut off is not until 12.30pm on Friday 20th December.

Over the Christmas period is our busiest time of year and being a 100% family-owned and operated business, we have all hands on deck to get orders out quickly. While we aim to send all orders within 1 working day, during our busiest time of year this may take longer.

Animal Kingdoms do not take any responsibility for orders that do not arrive in time for Christmas, as it is out of our control once picked up by our couriers.

Change of mind? No worries.

We want you to be completely happy! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly accept returns. If you change your mind on an item purchased, you can receive a full refund LESS the cost of shipping (where free freight was allowed). Online purchases must be returned in original, as new condition, within 10 days of the purchase date.

We do not cover the cost of delivery for change-of-mind returns. Return postage must be paid for by the returnee.

Please note, damage to the product or packaging, missing tags or anything else that renders the product in less than 'as new' condition will result in reduced refund.

Missing Products: Animal Kingdoms has strict checking processes in place to ensure all orders are complete. These processes reduces missing stock errors to less than 0.01%. Please check your box thoroughly, as sometimes small products can get caught up in packaging material.

In the event you believe a product is missing please check the floor area where the box was opened as well, the box itself and thoroughly check the packaging materials. If products are missing from your order, all claims MUST be made within 10 days of receiving your order.

Defective or Incorrect Products Received: If the return is a result of a defective product or an error on our part you are entitled to a full refund and we will also pay the return freight costs.... The claim must be made within 10 days of delivery.

__Refunds (if applicable) __ Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days.

However, whenn purchasing products for young children, please consider safety and age suitability when choosing a product. Schleich are manufactured from a high quality, non-toxic PVC that passes the quality standards for the Australian/NZ toy industry as well as that of USA and Europe.

Schleich figures do not carry specific warnings on the majority of their figures, however their boxed items do advise that the products may contain small parts and thus be unsuitable for children under the age of 3.
