Pick-Up or Delivery Options

• Pick Up: Conveniently collect your order from 27 Selwyn Street, Onehunga, Auckland 1061. We Open 7 Days a week from 8AM to 5PM.
• Standard Delivery: Anticipate delivery within 1-3 business days post full payment. Delivery times vary based on your location. We strive to dispatch within 24 hours of payment receipt, ensuring tracked shipping with assistance for any potential claims.
• Pickup Coordination: For a swift service, please coordinate pick-up arrangements with our Onehunga store. Advance notice is appreciated.
• Holiday and Weekend Information: No shipments on public holidays and Weekends. Orders will resume processing on the next available working day.
• Address Specifications: Please note that deliveries cannot be made to a PO box; a physical address is required. If this is impractical, consider opting for pick-up or contact us before finalizing your purchase.

Consumer Protections and Return Procedures

• Your purchase is safeguarded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
• We do not accept returns for a change of mind. If you encounter manufacturer faults or defects, please inform the store promptly for resolution.
• It is the customer's duty to return the goods to the original store. In case of a warranty issue, the store will refund the freight charge upon receiving the goods.
