There are no additional fees for using your credit or debit card to pay. Buyers must be authenticated to pay by credit card.

We use a variety of couriers depending on the size and destination of your order. Shipping prices are shown on the listing pages.

We DO NOT accept a P.O. Box as a delivery address.

Over 96% of our orders are dispatched the same or next business day after payment has been confirmed. Delays may occur during peak times i.e. Christmas.

An automated email will provide you with the courier and tracking number of your order.

All deliveries require a signature on arrival, the standard delivery hours are from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday (except public holiday). Please provide an address where someone is available to sign for packages otherwise delivery of your package will be delayed.

Pick-ups are not accepted unless specified on the listing.

Online shopping sometimes means you don't get exactly what you had in mind. Even if your purchase is not defective, if you're not happy just return it within 7 days of dispatch, and we'll issue you the price of your product.

If the product is not defective, it must be unopened and in perfect re-saleable condition. mattresses and pillows on the items that cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons

Delivery fees are not included refunds, and the item must be returned at your own expense.

An RA number is required before a refund will be issued, please do not send an item back to us before you have received your RA number from customer service.

Certain products can not be returned due to hygienic reasons, such as underwear, earrings, and swimwear.

DVDs, CDs, PC console games and certain other products may not be returned due to copyright laws.

If you return an unwanted gift, the credit will be issued to the original purchaser's account.

Returns: The change of mind of an order will be accepted within 7 days after the items are delivered only. You are responsible to ship the product back to the warehouse. Once the item reaches the warehouse, 20% restocking fees will be deducted before the refund.Please return it in the original packing.

Warranty

All products come with a 12 month return to base or parts warranty.

For all defective items with a Return to Base warranty, buyers must contact us by e-mail. We will send a RA form to the buyer to complete. Please return the form along with the defective item. Please Note: Any items deemed not to be defective (upon inspection by our technical department) will be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense. C.O.D is not accepted.

Accessories and bonus gifts are not covered by a warranty.

e.g batteries, earphones, cables, carry bags etc.

We will replace or repair whenever possible. Refunds will only be offered when a replacement is not available. Original courier charges are non-refundable.

The buyer has the responsibility and expense of sending back any defective product to us.

(b) Despite any other provision of the Contract, we are not liable, to the maximum extent permitted by law, for: (i) the cost of removal of Goods not meeting the specification or which are said to be otherwise defective or deficient, whether installed or otherwise; (ii) the cost of installation of replacements for Goods not meeting the specification or which are said to be otherwise defective or deficient; (iii) defects or deficiencies in Goods caused by improper installation or maintenance of Goods or related components or normal wear and tear and damage.
