Payments

• Finalised (paid) orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Order processing cut off time is 8am (GMT+10 or GMT+11 during Daylight saving). o All orders made after 8am (GMT+10 or GMT+11 during Daylight saving) will be process the next business day.
• Check your order specifications carefully before clicking "Submit" and making payment.

Shipping

• We use Australia Post for all international order.
• All information relating to shipping rates and bulky items is detailed on the product listing.
• Express delivery is a no signature required service. This means that the courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox.
• Please ensure you choose an address where someone will be present to receive the delivery, such as a work address.
• Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, Blank Clothing Australia takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur.
• Should your parcel be deemed “lost in transit”, Blank Clothing Australia will happily replace them. A full investigation will be conducted by Australia Post to determine if a parcel is “lost in transit”. Investigation time for international parcels may take 2-3 weeks.
• Please contact our customer service department at info@blankclothing.com.au if your order has not been received within the recommended timeframe.

International custom charges

• Orders over NZD$175.00 will generally incur customs taxes in New Zealand. Blank Clothing Australia has no control over these taxes and cannot advise what they will be once your parcel has arrived in New Zealand.
• All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and Blank Clothing Australia will never pay these customs charges on your behalf.
• If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Blank Clothing Australia will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
• We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.

1. Returns policy

• If you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, contact our friendly customer service team at info@blankclothing.com.au to obtain your return authorisation number.
• All returns MUST be in the same condition that you received it (Not washed, used or decorated). *Due to hygiene reasons, Blank Clothing Australia will not be able to accept returns on underwear or any inner garments.
• We will fulfil our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act

1. Returns process

• If for any reason you would like to return your product to us please follow the simple steps below: ? Contact our friendly team within 7 days upon receiving the parcel to obtain a return authorization number. There will be a AUD $10 return handling fee. Customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the parcel ? After receiving your return authorization number, print out our email with your RMA number. ? Package the goods securely and post it to us at: Blank Clothing Australia PO BOX 4081 Burwood East VIC 3151 Australia *Remember to clearly write your RMA number on the front of the package. ? We will contact you after receiving the returns on inspection within 7 days of receiving the return parcel. If we do not contact you within 7 days, please contact us via email at info@blankclothing.com.au or via our live chat available from 9am-6pm (GMT+10 or GMT+11 during Daylight saving), Monday- Friday (excluding public holidays). ? Upon inspection, we will issue you with a return on the product value only. No exchanges are available on our TradeMe store.

1. Faulty returns

• If you have a faulty item that you would like refunded, repaired or replaced, please contact our customer service team at info@blankclothing.com.au before sending the item back.
• When emailing regarding a fault, please attach pictures of the fault so the item can be assessed before a return is approved. To help us with assessing the replacements, we will need the following images: ? Full garment image ? Close up image showing the defect ? Image of the tag (back & front)
• In cases where a faulty item was received, we will provide you with a return label.
• Faulty items must be reported with 7 business days from date of item received. Some faults must be approved by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be issued. In this case we will keep you informed on a regular basis via email updates. This process usually takes around 2 weeks and once completed you should receive your refund or replacement within 1-3 business days.

1. Returns Terms & Condition

• Unauthorised returns and all unsolicited deliveries are returned-to-sender automatically.
• All items returned for refund must be returned in the original condition with tags attached. Any packaged goods must be returned with the packaging in its original condition or may not be accepted. Please ensure all returned clothing items are free from marks, stains and rips as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged.
• Returned items must be kept in a smoke-free environment. Returns will be refused on items that smell of smoke. Any items smelling strongly of perfume/deodorants or similar will also be refused.
• Due to hygiene reasons, Blank Clothing Australia will not able to accept returns on underwear or any inner garments.
• Blank Clothing Australia cannot accept COD deliveries and any returns sent COD will have the postage costs deducted from your refund.
