Payment instructions are automatically sent to customers within a few minutes of auctions closing and we ask that payment is made in full within 3 working days. Please ensure that you include the exact auction number on all bank deposits to avoid confusion. It may take a couple of days for your payment to appear, especially payments made over the weekend or public holidays.

Internet Banking / Direct Credit: Full Payment Instructions are auto emailed to all winning bidders. Credit Card via Pay Now: Available via Trade Me for most products. EFTPOS / Cash on pickup: Available at our showroom, but you may need to wait while your order is processed for collection. Pre-payment is recommended.

Layby:

Layby available on most items. Please enquire by asking a question on the auction.

GST Tax Invoices:

We are a GST registered company and tax invoices are provided on request.

Courier post is our desired shipping provider. Shipping prices are shown on product pages and confirmed in the checkout before making payment. Shipping times are between 1 to 5 working days depending on the size of the item and your location. Rural delivery on courier items can go direct to your door, however carrier items go to the nearest depot to ensure we offer the best available shipping prices.

Returns Policy We do not offer change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final.

This aligns with standard plumbing and wastewater industry practice, where products cannot be resold once purchased due to hygiene, installation, and compliance requirements.

7-Day Manufacturer Defect Policy If your product arrives with a manufacturer defect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. To qualify:

• The item must be unused and kept in original packaging
• You must provide photos or video of the defect
• A Buy & Save / GreenLeaf representative must approve the return before the item is sent back

Once assessed and approved, we will repair or replace the unit in line with our warranty terms.

24-Month Warranty All GreenLeaf pumps come with a 24-month parts and labour warranty for genuine manufacturing faults. The warranty does not cover:

• Issues caused by incorrect installation
• Damage from misuse, negligence, or foreign objects
• Problems caused by improper maintenance
• Commercial use (unless otherwise agreed)
• Any unauthorised modifications or repairs

Approved warranty claims will require you to return the unit to one of our service agents for inspection. Depending on the assessment, the pump will be repaired or replaced and returned within a reasonable timeframe.
