When you make payment please use the auction number as the reference. If there is no reference it may slow down the transaction.

Please include your name, address, phone number and your auction number on the back of the cheque. When you pay by cheque, your purchase will be held until your cheque clears. (4 – 7 days!)

Please note that it usually takes a couple of WORKING days for your payment to appear on our bank statement. If you do not get a feedback in your account within 4 working days of making the payment, please contact us to ensure that payment has been received.

Collection

We prefer all goods to be collected from our factory, during working hours, as everything we produce is assembled to order. We require 5 working days for us to create your order.

We offer delivery at an additional charge, which will be quoted independently.

• Auckland deliveries: We deliver on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. To keep delivery costs low, you will need to provide assistance unloading.
• North Island deliveries: We offer delivery through various freight companies.

Delivery charges cannot be claimed back. ALL GOODS MUST BE CHECKED BEFORE SIGNING THE DELIVERY DOCKET! DO NOT sign the delivery docket if any items are damaged! Items will not be shipped until payment has been received in full. If problems do arise, please contact us before leaving any feedback. We will try our best to resolve any problems.

If a buyer organises transport, please provide the bank payment and auction number to us. Please note that this will be at your OWN RISK, we will not provide any insurance or replacement for goods damaged by shipping.

Packaging All items outside of Auckland are stretch wrapped and cardboard corner protection is used.

We will replace or exchange if:

• The item is defective
• The item is incorrectly described in the auction listing When a customer uses/installs the product, they acknowledge accepting the quality they have paid for. In this way Cabjaks fulfils the conditions of the term ‘quality guaranteed’ (or guaranteed quality, or satisfaction guaranteed or your money back... etc.) If we are unable to replace goods we will offer you a refund.

We will not refund if:

• You simply ‘change your mind’
• Item was ‘not what you expected it to be’ or ‘not what you imagined it to be’.
• Please ask all questions before bidding. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in original condition and packaging accompanied by the original invoice. All freight charges are non-refundable.

If you receive defective or damaged goods then please contact us via email initially stating clearly what the problem is, please include the following information:

• Invoice number
• Item description
• Date of purchase
• Daytime phone number Cabjaks will contact you within 2 working days with the procedures to resolve the problem via the above guidelines.

All items come with a 30 day warranty. Please note that this warranty does not cover wear and tear to the product.
