Lay-by is available on selected items at our discretion, please ask before bidding.

Where possible we use courier door to door service. Once payment is received we ship within 24 hours.

Pickups accepted. From: Unit 3, 6 Rennie Drive, Airport Oaks, Mangere Opening Hours: Monday-Friday: 10am-4pm, Sat: 9am-1pm

Goods are not returnable simply because you changed your mind.

Any faulty or incorrectly supplied goods are fully returnable as per "our Guarantee". Where possible a replacement will be provided. If a replacement is not possible a refund will be given.

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction, in the unlikely event of your item arriving faulty we will exchange only if:

• item is damaged
• item is defective
• you notify us witin 7 days
• in the unlikely event your item cannot be exchanged we will offer you a refund
• all refund does not include postage price
• we do exchange for size, but postage at buyer's cost

We will do our best to resolve any problem as soon as possible.

Manufacturers Warranty's and Consumer Guarantees apply to all purchases, from CNELL Bikers Gear. We will stand behind any products we sell within 30 days of the mailing date, if there is a manufacturing defect or if damage has occurred during shipping.
