We accept the following methods of payment.

• Payment in store via Cash, OxiPay or Eftpos
• Payment online via Ping or AfterPay
• Bank transfer
• FINANCE – OXIPAY available instore and online, AFTERPAY via trademe online only

Please note to avoid any delays please ensure you use the trademe auction number as a reference. Not having this will cause delays as we have multiple avenues of sales and a lot of items at similar prices.

Pick Ups We allow pickups for almost all items we sell (unless stated in the auction). Please ensure you contact us prior to coming as some items may need to be picked out of storage.

Delivery We strive to have all orders packaged and on the way to our customers within 2 working days from the date of the payment. If there are any issues such as wrong delivery address, please contact us immediately so we can correct the issue before dispatch.

We primarily use Post Haste and Castle Parcels for our deliveries as we have found them to be two of the most reliable and cost effective companies available. For larger items or international deliveries we will use DHL or courier post.

Everything from invoicing, printing of courier tickets and order processing is done via automation. Our system will send an automated email once the item is packed and ready for pick up. This will contain any necessary information such as invoices and tracking numbers. If you haven’t heard from us within 3 business days of you making a payment, please get in touch with us as this means something has gone wrong in during the automation process.

We cannot accept any liability for goods damaged or lost in transit. However we will assist you where possible in lodging any necessary paperwork or claims with the courier companies directly.

Warranty

All our products come with a 1 year "Return to Base" Manufacturer/Distributor Warranty (unless otherwise stated in the products details section). All warranties are automatically voided where products are found to be defective due to improper installation, misuse or improper maintenance.

• For any warranty returns, the goods must be returned to us at buyers expense and once the goods are repaired we will courier it back down at our expense.
• Please note: If no fault is found, the buyer will be charged an Inspection Fee of $45.00 and must pay for courier cost to send product(s) back.

RETURNS

You have 10 calendar days from the date you received the product(s), to inform us of any products which are (DOA) Dead on Arrival or not as described. For any product returns, the goods must be returned to us at your expense and in the original, unused condition you received the goods in. REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds:

• Where the buyer has "changed their mind".
• Where the product(s) are "not what you expected/imagined it to be".
• Where the product(s) have been sold in a clearance sale or a "as is where is" basis.
• Where the product(s) are not sold as new, and have been sold on a second hand basis.
• On Packaging, Handling and Courier charges

Where refunds are provided at our discretion, a restocking fee of 20% will apply on the product(s) purchase price. Installation/labor charges will not be applicable for refunds.
