We only accept payments through Ping.

Ping allows you to pay instantly for your purchases by credit or debit card or bank deposit on Trade Me.

We are not able to accept CS Powersports Vouchers as a method of payment on Trade Me.

We also accept payments using Afterpay.

Shipping Method

We use NZPost to deliver orders. When we dispatch your item to you, an email confirmation will be sent. If possible the item will be left in a secure location at the address specified.

Shipping Times

Most orders are dispatched on the next working day. We deliver via a tracked courier service - once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order with our delivery partner.

Standard NZ delivery is 2 business days to major cities, with additional time for rural deliveries.

Change of Mind Returns Policy

Any rights you have under this policy in relation to your CS Powersports product are additional to any rights you may have under consumer laws.

If you change your mind about your online purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund to the value of the purchased goods. This applies to full price, sale and clearance items but excludes goods sold as “seconds”.

Returns Process

Fill out the bottom section of your packing slip, indicating reason for return as specified in the form.

For your security and protection, please DO NOT include your credit card details on this form or in any correspondence.

We will provide a refund for a product purchased online in the same form as your original payment. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your refund. Processing times may take longer during sale periods. We do not cover the cost of delivery back to our warehouse. We will not refund the original delivery charges for a change-of-mind return. It is your responsibility to return the item to us in a safe way. We are not responsible for items being returned to us which are lost or damaged in transit.
