Please allow timeframe mentioned in auction for your joinery to be manufactured. We will be in contact as soon as it is ready for dispatch.

As we manufacture to order, please see each listing for dispatch timeframe once payment has been received. If no timeframe is mentioned, please allow up to 15 working days for your order to be ready for dispatch.

Collection: Once your joinery is ready for collection, we will contact you via email (or phone if we have your phone number) to advise. Joinery collected from our factory is generally not packaged so please bring some blankets or such-like to protect during transit.

Collection Hours: Monday – Thursday 7.30am – 4pm Excluding public holidays.

Shipping: If we are sending your order to you, we will let you know when this is dispatched and a tracking number. A quote for packaging and freight can be arranged by emailing us outlining your requirements.

Organise Your Own Shipping: You are welcome to organise your own pick up by a freight company if you choose not to use our freighters. PLEASE LET US KNOW PRIOR TO COLLECTION IF YOU ARE USING YOUR OWN FREIGHTER so we can package accordingly and let you know when product is ready to be collected. There will be a small charge for the packaging and palletising of your items so please let us know your requirements prior to purchasing online. Please note that this will be at your OWN RISK, we will not provide any insurance or replacement for goods damaged by shipping organised by the purchaser

How long will my joinery take to dispatch?

All our joinery is made in our Nelson factory ensuring personal quality and great New Zealand workmanship. Please see listing for timeframe to have your order manufactured and ready for its new home. If no timeframe is mentioned, please allow up to 15 working days for your order to be ready for collection or dispatch.

Are you are reputable company?

CW Kitchens is a new offshoot of its parent company Cooper Webley (2006) Limited, who has been supplying joinery nationwide since 1968! Being constantly asked by home handypeople and builders for good quality joinery and accessories they can arrange and install themselves, we have bought in our CW Kitchens Online Trademe Store. You can now create and install your own special spaces on an affordable budget. New Zealanders are known as DIY’ers and we are in the perfect position to be able to supply quality joinery to this market with our onsite factory and talented joinery team here in Nelson. Your joinery is made in our Nelson factory with NZ made MDF Moisture Resistant core board. We prefer to use NZ made MDF versus the cheaper import chipboard options, so you know you will receive a superior quality product which is made to last. All our joinery have solid 16mm backs, ensuring an easy installation for you or your builder.

Warranty: All goods, unless stated otherwise, are guaranteed to fulfil the specifications listed in our listed auction, and to perform the tasks for which they are intended. We operate within the rules of the Consumer Guarantees Act, and we will provide a remedy under that act if the goods are faulty in any way. A one year warranty is provided with all online sales from our Trademe Store.

Delivery, cancellation, goods return for credit: We will make every effort to ensure delivery of goods or performance of services is on time but will not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising in any way from any delay in delivery or performance.

Please open and inspect all goods for damage prior to signing freighters consignment note. Any damage must be written on consignment note at time of delivery and notified to us within 24 hours. No claim can be made after this timeframe for damage or quality issues.

REMEMBER: ALL GOODS MUST BE CHECKED BEFORE SIGNING THE DELIVERY DOCKET! DO NOT sign the delivery docket as “received in good condition” if any items are damaged.
