Dart Depot

The Dart Depot will endeavour to dispatch your order within 2 working days of your order being paid/placed. Our products are delivered to you using Courier Post.

North Island, New Zealand: Next working day (following The Dart Depot dispatch).

South Island, New Zealand: Two working days (following The Dart Depot dispatch).

We currently do not ship our products outside of New Zealand.

Important to note:

If your item is going to a rural area, delivery may take an additional 24 hours. Rural deliveries do not require signature.

Courier Post do their best to deliver your parcels to the above guidelines; but sometimes events beyond their control may mean they may take an extra day or so to deliver. As such, please note that they cannot guarantee delivery within the above service standards.

If you have any questions about the delivery of your parcel, please first check Courier Post Track and Trace page using your tracking code sent with your order dispatch email, then contact us if you have any further queries about your order.

Faulty Products

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, in the unlikely event that a product you have purchased from The Dart Depot is faulty, we will do everything we can to resolve this situation to your satisfaction. We are committed to meeting our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA). Contact us. We’ll likely need a photo showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process for you.

We will reimburse the cost of return postage, or organise recollection from you, for damaged or defective items. We reserve the right to refuse a returned product that is damaged by the recipient due to lack of care or disregard of care.

If you received an item you didn't order.

If you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We will reimburse the cost of return postage or organise recollection from you.

Change of mind returns

We are willing to offer you a 30-day money back or complimentary exchange policy provided that the items are returned to our warehouse in their original unused condition with the original packaging and tags. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned because of ‘change of mind’. These include clothing and costumes (due to their personal nature).

Undamaged, correctly returned products will be refunded to the purchaser’s credit card once the goods are received by us.

The cost of return postage for ‘change of mind’ will be incurred by the purchaser. If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
