We accept payment by Internet banking / Bank Deposit / Pay Now (Credit Card) / Ping / After Pay

Payment Instruction will be automatically sent to your Trade Me registered email address once you have won the auction. We would appreciate completion of checkout within 2 business days of the end of your purchase.

Delivery Address Please ensure to select the correct shipping option and provide us the correct delivery address via Trade Me. We will not be responsible for any delays/loss due to an incorrect/incomplete delivery address being provided.

Combine shipping Please choose full shipping on the listing with highest individual courier fee, then choose additional item's shipping on all others.

We will dispatch the items on the same day or next business day (Monday to Friday) once your payment is cleared. Shipping times are estimated at between 1-2 business days depending on your location. The courier company does not work on weekend or public holidays

If lost and damages were caused during shipping process, please either contact courier company or send us an email immediately.

Rural Delivery Courier may take additional days for delivery. Please allow 1-3 working days for your item to be delivered.

30 days Return to Base Warranty unless specified in the auction.

We will replace/exchange where possible and refunds will only be made where a replacement is not available. Contact must be made with us by email prior to returning the item under warranty.

We check quality of items before dispatching. However please let us know by email within 48 hours of receiving the item if you found any damages or factory faults. We reserve the right to refuse claims that are made after this time frame. Photos or other forms of evidence may be requested from the buyer as proof of damages/faults.

Refund will not be provided if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision/selection, so please choose carefully.

Warranty is not transferable beyond original buyer, and does not cover normal tear and wear, misuse and abuse.

Return

All items must be un-used and in resalable condition and must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the item.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs of damaged/faulty item under the warranty.

Any returning items have to be in original condition and packaging/box. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is not in its original condition and packaging/box.

SCREEN FILM PRODUCT

The buyer's responsibility to check the item upon receiving, If there is any damage or fault then please contact us by email within 48 hours of receiving the item. We reserve the right to refuse claims that are made after this time frame.

The buyer's responsibility to make sure that the screen protector product is what they look for BEFORE applies it to the device. Due to the particularity of the screen protector product, The buyer is easy to check it before applying etc cut outs, size and exterior. If you think that is not what you look for, Please contact us by email within the time frame (48 hours of receiving the item). We reserve the right to refuse claims that are made after this time frame or the screen protector is applied to the device.

Please contact us by email if any issues about the purchase. We reply all emails on week days. As first come first served so you may have to wait to up to 36 hours for the reply during our business hours (9:00am to 5:00pm) week days.

We don't reply to emails after business hours or on any public holidays but you are still welcome to send email during that period.

Please also send CLEAR photos through email If there is anything wrong about the order. That helps to solve the problem in the fastest way.
