Payment Options: Cash, Bank transfer and EFTPOS.

Payments must be made within 10 days of close of Auction.

We will send an invoice with our bank account details on it. Once payment is confirmed we will ship your goods.

Important: If paying by bank deposit, please use the invoice number as your reference detail.

Pick-up is available at our warehouse located at: Unit 19, 46 Ellice Road Wairau Valley, Glenfield

Some small goods sold as one off do not require a shipping quote. For larger orders, a shipping quote is required and must be confirmed before sending of the product/s.

We advise all our customers to revise the products before signing the shipping docket. Do not sign off the receipt if product comes to you damaged or incomplete.

All shortage or defect claims must be lodged within seven (7) days of delivery of the goods to You. You may return defective goods or any goods which are not in accordance with their description and obtain a credit for the value of those goods provided as follows:

(a) the goods are returned at your expense within fourteen (14) days of the product being delivered to you;

(b) that the goods returned are in the same condition as they were when delivered to you;

(c) that the risk in the goods remains with you until the products are received by the Company and the Company reserves the right to charge a restocking or return fee as may be deemed appropriate by the company in the circumstances.
