Payment instructions will be sent to winning bidders. We require the payment to be made in full within 3 working days.

Payment Methods We aim to be as accommodating as possible to our customers and accept various payment methods:

Bank Deposit: Please follow the instructions on our payment email and remember to include the trademe auction number. If no auction number is included, this may delay the delivery process.

Credit cards: We accept Mastercard and Visa. We can also process Mastercard and Visa card payments over email or phone. This will incur a 3% fee.

Cash/Eftpos: We accept cash on pick ups and have eftpos facilities at our yard.

GST: We are a GST registered company and tax invoices are provided on request.

Deliveries: Goods purchased will be dispatched once payment has cleared.

Pick ups: You are most welcome to come to our yard to pick up your purchases. As we are a busy yard, please notify us in advance. This way we can have your item ready for you.

Refunds/Warranty Policy

All our goods are sold as is where is with full description and detailed photos so generally we have no refunds or warranties, but in saying that we have given full refunds to people with genuine reasons for not wanting goods.

We have full transit insurance NZ wide.
