Warranty Policy:

Please check each listing for warranty information. If there is no warranty listed stated excellence Billiards offers a 14day return to base warranty. Warranty’s are only valid inside of New Zealand. Invoices will be required for valid warranty’s. Warranty’s are for the original buyer only. Excellence Billiards will Replace or Repair where possible and Refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

Normal wear and tear. Any kind of misuse or action that is not designed for. Any repairs by any parties outside of excellence Billiards. Incorrect storage and maintenance .

Excellence Billiards will not pass any of your details on to any other parties and all credit card details are not stored.
