We only accept credit / debit card payments through our online store on TradeMe.

All orders must be paid in full before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

We ship daily using tracked courier for all deliveries. We do not ship on weekends and public holidays.

The daily cut-off time for shipping is 3.30pm. If you do need parts urgently please contact us and we can usually work to your requests.

A confirmation email will be sent with tracking link once your order has been picked up, usually about 4.30pm.

Our delivery target is overnight for North Island orders, and 1-2 days for South Island orders. Rural delivery can take a further 2-3 days depending on location.

We primarily use Courier Post as a courier preference; however we may use other companies from time to time at our discretion.

We ship only to the address sent through Trade Me as this is automatically loaded into our shipping software and courier tickets automatically printed with your address. Please ensure this address is correct.

We will ensure that our obligations under all New Zealand Acts are met. If a product develops a fault within its warranty period, we will arrange to have it repaired or replaced by Franklin Performance

Please note that we will not, as a standard matter of course, offer a refund or exchange if you have changed your mind or chosen incorrectly. Please ensure that you select your products carefully and that they are compatible with your requirements prior to buying. Any returns outside of faults or warranty will attract a 15% restocking fee and freight cost/tracking will be the responsibility of the buyer.

How long do orders take to be delivered?

We will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver your requested products to the shipping address specified in your order within 24-72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Rural delivery can attract a longer delivery time.
