We ship to virtually any address in the world for a very economic delivery charge. We ship with Australia post, CourierPlease, Fastway and DHL depending to ensure faster and smoother delivery. The shipping cost is based on total weight and size of the package. If you are interested in buying multiple products from our store, we recommend you to place your order in one go to save on the shipping charges.

If you have already placed your order and would like to buy more items, please feel free to buy other items in new order and send us a message to combine post. If we have not yet dispatched your order, we will ship it combined posted and refund your on excess shipping charges you may have paid.

We stand behind our products therefore we offer hassle free Money Back Guarantee on entire Gentry Choice product range.

You may return the product(s) purchased If you do not like it, change your mind or have ended up in choosing the inappropriate color or size and the product is still unused and in original packing within 14 days of receiving and item.

We do not charge a restocking fee however shipping charges paid on your order are Non-Refundable.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) and you are returning it for replacement. We only refund shipping charges if you are returning a faulty item for replacement and we are unable to replace it for some reason such as being out of stock.

We happily exchange an item however the free postage only applies to first time shipment on original order. In the event you want to exchange for a different size or color and we are out of stock for desired item we will try our best to arrange the required size which can take a while. Otherwise, the return will be treated as refund for change of mind.

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 days when your returned item has been received back by us.

If you need to return an item, please contact us and we will respond with instructions to start return and refund process.

Intention to Return Policy

Intention to return is when you buy one or more items to inspect or try only and with intention to return it later even if you keep some items and returning others. We do not encourage buying multiple sizes or colors of same item(s) to try on where intention is to return one or more items later since this causes us staying out of stock for the item(s). If for any reason, you want to buy any item to inspect or try on and return later, please get in touch with us prior to placing your order and we will try our best to facilitate you. Please note, We may charge a restocking fee depending on the product to be reserving. Typically, a flat 10% restocking fee will apply otherwise.

Q) Do you offer local pickup if I order online?

A) We have a public outlet based in Sydney Australia. Unfortunately we do not have a retail outlet in New Zealand therefore shipping would only be the choice at the moment.

Q) I am unsure about the size of an item to order. Can i buy same size what i wear from other brand?

A) No, Sizing standards vary between all brands. If you wear a size from other brand, it may not be the same size when you're buying from us. We have provided detailed size chart of each item under the product listing page. Please ensure you check the size chart of the item for an idea how may the garment fit. This will help in a hassle free transaction and save any shipping cost involved in returns.

Q) I would like to inspect an item and try on the size before placing an order. Can I visit your store?

A) Since we are based in Australia, you will not be able to inspect the item before purchasing and having it delivered to you. For your peace of mind, we offer a hassle free return for change of mind if the product does not meet your expectation.

Q) I want to order an item but it appears to be out of stock. What shall I do?

A) We aim to maintain our stock level and restock items regularly. If an item of your interest shows out of stock, you can message us to check its availability.

Q) I like an item in your collection but would like to customize the size or design. Can you help?

A) It depends on the item and level of customization you would like. We accept customizing some item such as our Jackets and can help. Please get in touch with us with details of the item and customizing you would like and we will get back to you if we can help.

Q) How can you offer such low prices? Is this an alarm for "compromise on Quality"?

A) Not at all. We manufacture a range of our products by ourselves and source others directly from our trusted vendors. This enables us to maintain quality and the cost of our entire product range. Instead of keeping the profit margin to ourselves, we rather pass this to you so you can enjoy best value of money.

Q) I am plus size person and you do not have my size available as an option for the item I am interest in. Can you help?

A) We can arrange plus size for a range of our products. Please send us a message and we shall get back to with an advise to assist where we can.
