Lay-by:

Lay-by is available on auctions over $80.00 with a 20% deposit with regular payments. Please confirm lay-by details before bidding.

GST Invoice:

GoodsDirect2U Ltd is a GST registered company and we will send a GST invoice to your email once the items have been packed for dispatch.

Once your order is placed through Trade Me, GoodsDirect2U aims to have your order processed and ready for dispatch within 24 hours of receipt of payment (Monday to Friday).

Smaller items are sent by Castle Parcel or Post Haste and larger items/ heavier items by PBT / Mainstream.

Delivery Address:

Please submit all address details through Trade Me this can be found under: My Trade Me -> Won -> Auction -> Submit Address Details.

Please remember to provide a contact number as required by our courier.

Sorry we cannot send items to PO boxes. On occasion courier / transport companies cannot deliver to remote areas or rely on a third party to deliver to your address, in this instance the courier / transport company may nominate an address the item can be collected from or may offer to deliver for an additional charge. Please ask if you are unsure.

Parcel Delivery Times:

Christchurch: 1-2 days.

South Island: 1-3 days.

North Island: 2-5 days.

Please note these are only estimates and due to deliveries being made by a third party we cannot and do not guarantee these times. For more accurate time frames we suggest you contact the courier directly or follow the track and trace details sent to your email after dispatch.

Rural / Non Urban / Third Party Delivery:

Rural / Non Urban / Third Party delivery is based on what our couriers Post Haste, Castle Parcel or PBT Transport / Mainstream class your address as, unfortunately we do not decide what is and what isn't, these extra charges are compulsory and passed on to you at our cost.

If your address is rural / non urban / third party Delivery please pay the extra charges or provide us with a alternative delivery address which is a urban address, alternatively most of the time you can pickup from the main city freight depots to avoid these charges, if you wish to do this please make a note in the delivery instructions. If you’re unsure please ask. Failure to do so will result in a delay in receiving your order, as the goods will not be shipped until rural / non urban / third party delivery charges have been paid.

Rural / third party Delivery can take an additional 1-2 days and in some instances there is no requirement for the courier to collect a signature.

Order Missing or Damaged?

All items which are shipped must be completely unpacked and inspected before being signed for, if the item is damaged, you must sign the signature as "damaged" and the purchaser must let GoodsDirect2U Ltd know within 24 hours. If you have placed an order and believe it has gone missing you must notify us within 7 days of payment of the order.

If you should need to return a product please do so within 7 days of receiving your order. All returns must be in the same condition that they were received and in the original packaging. Shipping charges are not included in the credit and it is your responsibility to pay for all shipping costs (including if shipping is “Free” you will be required to pay for the normal shipping cost, deducted off credit) plus a 15% restocking fee.

Returns must be for a genuine reason, reading the description wrong is not valid reason.

Any warranty is subject to the following conditions:

1 GoodsDirect2U warrants to the original retail purchaser only, that the product purchased shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service duration for the period of warranty. 2 Warranty coverage will begin on the product shipment date. 3 Warranty covers only defects that arise as a result of normal domestic use of the product, and does not cover any other problems, including those that arise as a result of improper installation, maintenance, modifications or acts of nature. (fair wear and tear – chips scratches etc and misuse excluded). 4 Warranty will not cover the operation of the product outside the products specifications. 5 Warranty will only cover the product itself, not accessories, or any shipping costs. Warranty does not cover products that have been tampered with in any way. 6 The expense of all postage or shipping costs from a customer to the GoodsDirect2U Ltd shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. 7 Damage resulting from failure to use the product in a manner consistent with our/manufacturers recommendations shall render the limited warranty void. 8 No warranty is offered for rust or corrosion of products within 10km (kilometers) sea coastal areas. 9 Damage due to extreme weather conditions inclusive of extreme heat, rain, hail, strong winds, lightning, floods, natural disasters (E.g., earthquakes), accidents and force majeure are excluded. 10 In no event shall GoodsDirect2U be liable for any incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages, whether resulting from the use, misuse or inability to use the product or from defects in the product. 11 GoodsDirect2U retains the exclusive right to repair or replace (with a new or newly-overhauled replacement product) the product or offer a full refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion. Such remedy shall be your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty. 12 Warranties for 5 years and above are prorated. Should the defects or deficiencies occur within the period stated below and under normal conditions of use, which are detrimental to the usability of the product, GoodsDirect2U Ltd undertakes to pay the repair cost to the following extent and within the following period of time or – and this is within the complete discretion of GoodsDirect2U Ltd – to replace the part of the products claimed which proved to be defective according to mentioned specifications. The substitute performance is limited to the initial sales price of the defective part of the products. The burden of proof regarding the defect lies with the initial buyer of the product. Depending on the date the defect is reported to GoodsDirect2U Ltd, justified substitute performance is guaranteed at the following percentage rates:

Prorated warranty costs over 5 years covered by GoodsDirect2U Ltd is determined by the amount of time left on the warranty period divided by the total warranty period will equal the % of cost burdened by GoodsDirect2U to pay towards fixing or replacing the defective item. Time from purchase vs material / repair cost covered by GoodsDirect2U Ltd: Up to 5 years old: Up to 100% of costs. 6 Years old out of 10 Years = 40%, 6 Years old out 15 years = 60% 7 Years old out of 10 Years = 30%, 7 Years old out 15 years = 53% 8 Years old out of 10 Years = 20%, 8 Years old out 15 years = 46% 9 Years old out of 10 Years = 10%, 9 Years old out 15 years = 40% 10 Years old out 15 years = 33% 11 Years old out 15 years = 26% 12 Years old out 15 years = 20% 13 Years old out 15 years = 13% 14 Years old out 15 years = 6%

Pull Starts Pull starts with broken springs, will not be covered under warranty.

Greenhouses: Our greenhouses have a snow load of 16 to 18 PSF (pounds per square foot), withstand the wind load capacity of 20 meters/second. Ratings: Wind Load – 20 meters/second equates to 72 Kilometres per hour. Snow Load – 16 to 18 PSF (pounds per square foot) equates to 78.1 to 87.9 Kilograms per meter2.
