How does GTMALL deliver?

When your ordered are completed we will provide you the tracking number through the email. You can track the delivery route of your goods on Courier Company’s website. Ordered goods are picked up and delivered from our Warehouse every day.

Combined postage

We do combined postage! So please await the combined invoice to enjoy the savings

We cannot deliver goods to PO BOX or PRIVATE BAG

Delivey time frame

We arrange shipping once payment show up in our statement. Please make sure you have put auction number as refence , it happy us locate your payment faster. Delivery time may different depend on local courier dirver on your area.1to 3 working days for auckland , 1 to 4 days for north island , 2 to 5 days for south island . RD address is very case by case

If you change your mind after the purchase:

Once the payment is confirmed, your order can refunded. But postage is not refundable , you can paying for return cost.

If an item is damaged upon arrival:

You must contact us within 48 hours upon receiving your item.

If you have received incorrect items:

We are extremely sorry about our mistake and for any inconvenience this might have caused.we will arrange exchange for you

If the item is faulty within Warranties period:

We will arrange a pre-paid courier ticket for you to return the item to us for testing. If it is faulty, we will repair or replace damaged or faulty goods. If the product cannot be repaired or exchanged for a same or similar item, a full refund (including shipping) or store credit will be provided.

If items returned to us as faulty are found to be in full working order upon testing, you will be liable for any extra shipping costs incurred. Please ensure that you have explored possible options such as flat batteries before returning the item to us.

Refunds will be processed via the method of payment, please be aware that bank clearance times vary and there may be some delay before funds appear in your account.
