This varies depending on the product. Please refer to shipping details in the listing description. Generally we use overnight signature Courier Post with track & trace, the safe and reliable way to get your phone to your front door.

Pick Up Phones can be picked up in person from Level 1, 51 Mackelvie Street between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please inform us when you will collect your phone to allow us time to prepare it for you.

For a phone that arrives damaged or that meets our warranty conditions, please inform us immediately and we will pay to have the phone returned. We will endeavour to fix any faults, though if the phone cannot be fixed we will provide a replacement. If we cannot replace the phone, the customer will be refunded. We do not accept responsibility for phones damaged by users. Users who change their mind will not be refunded.

All phones are covered by variety of fixed warranty terms, it states inside of all listings. Warranty covers faulty parts only and does not cover physical damage, water damage or misuse by users. We will endeavour to fix the faulty phone, but if the problem cannot be fixed, we will provide a replacement. If we cannot provide a replacement, the customer will be refunded.

If a fault arises, please contact us immediately to tell us you will be returning the device for a warranty assessment.

If it is found that a device has noticeable signs of impact damage, water damage, or any other physical forms of damage caused by the user, H2PHONE reserves the right to cancel a warranty claim.
