For all direct credit payments please use a purchase reference number (ie Pxxxxxxxxx) and name for our reference. We have no way of knowing who has paid for an item as many of our products are priced the same. Using the above for our reference will speed up the purchase process

• Trademe Paynow (Credit card or Debit card required)
• Cash (When item is collected from our warehouse)

We aim to dispatch all online orders of “off the shelf” products by the next working day from the date of the company receiving payment. Please allow up to 3 working days during busy periods. Where a product requires custom work, addition or alteration we aim to ship item within 10 working days from date of the company receiving payment. If a product is needed urgently please discuss with us prior to ordering so we can reach a prior agreement on completion time

For Parcels up to 25kg please allow 1-2 working days for delivery in North Island and 1-3 working days in the South Island. Rural deliveries occasionally take 1 day longer.

For larger items please allow 1-4 working days in the North Island and up to 7 working days in the South Island

Deliveries require a signature on arrival. If you will not be home between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday to accept the delivery then please consider getting items delivered to a place of work or provide instructions for the parcel to be left in a secure location on your property.

You can return any physically shipped product to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item(s). If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, because it is damaged or defective, we will either replace the item or refund it in full. The return delivery charge is the responsibility of the buyer. Unless waived by Intenze. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within 7 days of delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of delivery (if any).

All returns must be authorized. Please inform us of your decision to return the item and wait for our response before putting it in the post. If you return an item without authorization from us, it may be refused.

Consumer Guarantees Act

The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out certain guarantees goods have to meet. It specifies minimum rights and remedies available to you if goods fail to meet one or more of these guarantees. Intenze, its' warranties, and its' Terms of Sale will comply with all requirements of the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Standard Warranty and Terms of Sale

Intenze (“the company” / “we” ) offers a standard 12 month warranty on most items excluding circumstances and items noted below (Warranty Limitations). Where advertised warranty periods may be 1-3 years. We will repair, replace, refund the item depending on how serious the fault is. The warranty covers damage to the article and may not cover consequential losses or costs.

Limitations

General. The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse of a product and/or use for which it was not designed
• Neglect, deliberate damage, failure to care for or maintain the product in an acceptable manner
• Unauthorised repairs or modifications
• Minor imperfections not affecting performance or decorative value

Personal Household use only. The warranty is for personal or household use. It excludes commercial/industrial and rental use.
