We offer the following payment methods: Bank deposit, Pay Now or Cash on collection. We did consider offering the option of payment in chocolate, but sadly we couldn’t get our accountant to agree to the concept. Payment instructions are sent automatically at the close of an auction or Buy Now, and we really appreciate payment within 2 working days unless you’ve made arrangements with us prior to the auction closing. Remember that it can take a couple of working days for a deposit to show in our account if you are not using ANZ. Do not be tempted to strap cash to a pigeon and send it to us. It’s been tried. It did not work. Stick to the internet banking system - trust me, it’s much more reliable.

When I buy something online, I want it delivered an hour before I’ve bought it - so our policy is to treat others as we like to be treated - we send QUICKLY once your payment is showing. Payment using Trademe’s PAYNOW system gets the quickest response - often your parcel will go out within hours of you paying with your credit card. We use PBT Couriers mostly for our parcels - so if you are getting something sent to your work address, just make sure that you’ve given us a street address rather than a PO Box so you don’t have to suffer the horrors of a hideous delay in receiving your goodies. Usually we find that a business street address is better than a home address so you don’t have to run down the street chasing after the courier furiously waving their ‘Sorry you weren’t home’ card…

We work hard to make sure you pay the minimum fee for shipping, whilst still having your precious goodies protected. All minifigures are sent well packaged. No exceptions due to a horrifically tragic experience with an original Batman figure that was crushed in transit. I swore that day as I viewed his pathetic little plastic remains that never again would I be persuaded to send any little mini dude or dudette in an unprotected envelope, just to save the $1 in shipping...

But WOW - check this out! If you spend over $25 you can order all the Lego you like at the same time and we will give you FREE SHIPPING NZ WIDE - even if you purchase every single minifigure in our store (go on - I dare you!) What a deal! Let’s face it - why waste precious money on postage when you could be spending it on more minifigures?!?

If you receive your order and it’s wrong or been incorrectly advertised, well it goes without saying that we will put it right for you! Send us an email and we’ll sort it out with you straight away! If you receive your order and for some reason you decide it’s just not what you wanted, it’s too big, too small, too ugly, too gorgeous, wrong colour, or you’ve just had a lapse into insanity and decided that you no longer passionately love Lego... we’ll take it back. We are not going to see you unhappy with your purchase. We are not going to see an unloved piece of Lego sitting at the back of a closet crying night after night because it’s lonely and unwanted. No way! Email us - we’ll sort it out. So long as it’s in the same condition as we sent it to you, we’ll take it back (your cost to return it) and refund you the purchase price happily. We’re so confident that our products are awesome that we are happy to have the chance to pass them on to someone who will truly appreciate their beauty and craftsmanship. Obviously this may not be the case if you’ve had it seven years and your child has grown out of it and you suddenly decide you don’t want it... but then again - the way many Lego sets increase in value over time, it could work in our favour to pay you the purchase price back - so contact us anyway, you could be in luck!

It’s awesome. What can I say? With the fabulous Trademe Iphone app at our sides we are available to answer questions outside of business hours too, so don’t be afraid to ask something at 10pm, or to send us a comment on how awesome we are at 6am... you’d be amazed how often we are just sitting there, staring at our iphones, willing them to do something...

We’re far too busy to pass your details on to any third party. We don’t even get time to go to a party ourselves, let alone give your important contact details to someone at the third party... so fear not. Your details are safe with us.
