Payment Instructions are Automatically Sent to all Winning Bidders within a few minutes of auctions closing and we ask that payment is made in full within 5 working days. Please ensure that you include the exact auction number on all deposits to avoid confusion. It may takes a couple of days for your payment to show up in our account.

GST INVOICE We are a GST registered company and tax invoices are provided after sale.

Payment Methods Accepted:

• Internet Banking.
• Bank Deposit with cash or cheque.
• Pay Now & Credit Cards. (Pay on trademe only)
• Pay & Collect with Cash, Eftpos only on collection.(No Credit card)

We use Mainfreight for all shipping. We aim to get the goods out of the store 24 hours after we have received payment.

Pick up is more than welcome.

During public holidays and Weekends, nothing will be shipped. You will have to wait till the next available working day.

Orders typically arrive within 1-5 Working days. Please make sure you provide your contact number with the delivery address. The freight company will need it.

In the very unlikely event of damaged or faulty goods returns must be made within 7 days.

Please make sure the auction you are bidding on is what you want prior to bidding, read all relevant information on products and warranties, returns must be made within 7 days and the product is sent back to us at the "buyers Expense". All courier and postage charges are non refundable.

Please check the product if any loss or damage issue when you receive them. Please DO NOT SIGN them if any found. If you found some damages or loss issue after you sign. You have to advice us within 3 days,Otherwise we do not respond for these. (The freight company's policy)

If you receive the product. and just dont like them, you can ask to return for a refund. But this request has to be made within 7 days after you receive. and the return cost at the buyers Expense.

We always strive for 100% customer satisfaction and do our best to resolve problems as quickly as possible.

We are not liable for goods damaged or lost in delivery but please do inform us of the incident immediately.
