Not happy. Paid for a hoverboard for birthday gift to be told they don't have stock. Birthday passes 2 weeks later to be told they have the second choice available selling me the stock they can't sell that is $30 less. Then playing the refund card. $550 is my hard earned cash that they already had. ASK IF THE HAVE THE ITEMS FIRST WHANAU! Sorry is not good enough

My mobility scooter arrived quickly. It was very well packed and everything was in perfect condition. One annoyance though, with the rear carry basket bolted in position it's not possible to adjust the seat.
