Really disappointed. Terrible customer service with little communication. Ordered almost 2 weeks ago for a mobility aid desperately needed and still haven’t received. Do not recommend

I won the auction and then after 7 days the scooter still haven't arrived, so emailed the company and they replied saying they didn't have any stock and wouldn't have any until the end of Feb which was over 6 weeks away. ended up getting a refund. very disappointing that as soon as I won the auction they didn't contact me to advise there was no stock, it wasn't until I chased it up that I heard anything. Would not purchase from them again.
