We deliver goods quickly and safely all across New Zealand through Track & Traced Couriers and Transport Company

How does Kmall deliver?

When your ordered are completed we will provide you the tracking number through the email. You can track the delivery route of your goods on Courier Company’s website. Ordered goods are picked up and delivered from our Warehouse every morning

Combined postage

We do combined postage! So please await the combined invoice to enjoy the savings

We can not deliver goods to PO BOX or PRIVATE BAG

If you change your mind after the purchase:

Once the payment is confirmed, your order cannot be cancelled and refunded.

If an item is damaged upon arrival:

You must contact us within 48 hours upon receiving your item.

If you have received incorrect items:

We are extremely sorry about our mistake and for any inconvenience this might have caused.

If there are items missing from your order:

You must report it to within 5 working days of receiving your order, we will interview the packer at our warehouse first and send you the missing item if it is proved to be our mistake.

We bear no responsibility for items not reported as missing in the five working days following delivery.

If the item is faulty within Warranties period:

We will arrange a pre-paid courier ticket for you to return the item to us for testing. If it is faulty, we will repair or replace damaged or faulty goods. If the product cannot be repaired or exchanged for a same or similar item, a full refund (including shipping) or store credit will be provided.

If items returned to us as faulty are found to be in full working order upon testing, you will be liable for any extra shipping costs incurred. Please ensure that you have explored possible options such as flat batteries before returning the item to us.

Refunds will be processed via the method of payment, please be aware that bank clearance times vary and there may be some delay before funds appear in your account.

CHANGES TO TERMS

Because of frequent changes in Internet technology and applicable law we reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time that technology and legal changes require. You should check these Terms and Conditions regularly for such changes.

The price displayed for products represents the full price, including GST, for the product itself but does not include postage/delivery charges which will depend on the destination.
