• It can take up to 48 hours for transferred funds to clear. We will send the purchased items as soon as the payment has appeared in our account. Please email us a screenshot of the transaction if you need the item to be dispatched urgently.
• Please note that payments made over a weekend may not show in our account until Tuesday morning. Public holidays also may add an extra working day. Thanks for your understanding.

Freight:

• We aim to provide faster and highest level of delivery service. Our preferred shipping courier is CourierPost who provides faster and quality overnight shipping service in NZ.
• The estimate times given below are usual delivery windows: 1-3 Days North Island 1-5 Days South Island Please note that Rural Area deliveries can take an extra day.

Delivery Policy

• All orders within the delivery zone will be delivered in the morning. An email will be sent to you once the item has been picked up by the courier. And also, please keep eyes on your email if any non-delivery issue status updates. Any further questions about your parcel, please contact CourierPost at 0800 501 501
• Any time stated for delivery is an estimate only. No claim shall be made by you on account of late shipment, or delivery however caused.
• All freight charges shall be at your cost unless otherwise agreed and stated.
• In-store pickup is available by arrangement. Please complete the purchase and email us for the requirements. And our team will organize that for you.

Signature

• Shipping does not include Signature! Please advise in delivery notes if signature is required.
• If an item is being delivered to a business, please provide the business hours.

Q: Where do your products come from and why are your prices cheaper than other local retail stores? A: We mainly source our products from China and other international markets, this is the reason why the prices can be competitive while the quality is guaranteed.

Q: Do you have a store in New Zealand and can I come to buy products directly from there? A: We don't have a showroom and a store for pick up at this moment. All our products are based on order online, as we have shipment come in every week. After you place an order online, the product will be sent to customers' shipping address. Alternatively, you can have it delivered to the address you prefer ( In NZ ).

Q: How can we contact LD Tech if we have a query or require after-sale service? A: For sale related queries, please contact us via contact page. We endeavour to answer all emails promptly within 24-48 working hours. Or otherwise, we will reply to you at the earliest possible time.

Q: How can I pay online when I order a product? A: You can pay with Ping, Afterpay, or bank transfer if you order online and there is no surcharge for it.

Q: What should I do if the item purchased from your store has a problem? A: We suggest you send us an email first as we may be able to help you via email. If not, we will suggest you send it back to us.

Q: If I buy more than one product online together, is there any discount or can I combine shipping? A: Unfortunately there will be no discounts on any items if you purchase more than one together. We will charge $2 for additional orders as the combined shipping fee.

Q: If I changed my mind or I no longer need the item after I order it, would I be able to cancel the order and have a full refund? A: We will meet all obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act but unfortunately we DO NOT issue a refund if the customer changes his/her mind or no longer needs the product after the order is completed.

The important notices Please DO NOT sign for your goods until you have inspected the contents. Please ensure that any goods signed for that are later found to be damaged cannot be claimed on. If your goods do arrive damaged, DO NOT sign and contact us immediately.

Changing your mind / purchasing the wrong product by mistake

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have purchased the incorrect item. 7 days exchange policy we could offer under this case. If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a refund on your account and charged a $4 restock and handling fee. To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and we will need to be notified within 7 days of purchase / delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be credited.

Products damaged in transit

If your product has been damaged during transit to your delivery address we will replace your product (if it is available) or issue a credit / refund. In these circumstances; evidence is required for claims. if the Consumer Guarantees Act applies to the purchase, we will meet our obligations under that Act. Otherwise, if the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply, unless we agree otherwise, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery in order to be eligible for a replacement, credit or refund.

Products that are faulty upon arrival

If the product you received is faulty upon arrival or where the Consumer Guarantees Act applies, the products do not comply with the guarantees under that Act, we will either repair or replace your product, or issue a credit / refund. Without limiting any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act, in order to repair, replace or issue a credit / refund for your faulty product, it will need to be returned to us so we can test and confirm that it is faulty. If the Consumer Guarantees Act applies, we will meet our obligations under that Act, Otherwise, if the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply, all returns of this nature must be made within 14 days of purchase / delivery.

Products used or installed

Our warranty does not apply where damage is caused by the installer or other factors, including:

• Normal wear and tear;
• Incorrect installation or damage through mishandling;
• Liquid or water damage
• Excessive wear and tear due to mishandling or failure to follow operating instructions.
• Battery leakage or infiltration of foreign particles;
• Batteries that have been pierced, bent or damaged in any way from installation or other means.
• Use of the product with unsuitable accessories.
• Shipment or other transit. Leading Technologies Ltd will not be responsible for damage or loss in transit. Our liability ends once the item has left our premises and tracking details have been provided to the customer. The courier services that Leading Technologies Ltd uses, include a loss in transit and damage insurance, if the product is in their hands, you must claim your warranty through the chosen shipping company and notify us of the claim.
