*All deliveries are generally made within three working day once payment has been sighted.

*For $1 auctions, please check details before you bid it, we do not do combine shipping and pick up option for most of $1 auctions.

All the allow pick up auctions can be picked up at Uint 3 / 104 Central Park Drive, Henderson, Auckland

Return policy

• For pick up auctions, please make sure all the items are back to the original package and bring them back to warehouse within three days, after team checked will do the refund.
• For shipping auctions, please print the return ticket we will book courier to pick up and after we received items back we will manage to send replacement or do the refund (exclusive postage ).

Please contact with Lee Warehouse Support Team directly for approval prior to returning goods under one year warranty. Invoices will be required as a proof of purchase. Photos or other forms of evidence also be requested from the Buyer.

Lee Warehouse will replace or repair where possible and refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available or cannot fix it. Original courier charges are non-refundable. Refunds will not be considered after the item has been used, if the buyer changes their mind or if the item is not “what you want', Please choose your purchase carefully.Products must be returned with all accessories including the original package,cartons and boxes.For some courier company if no original box they won’t pick up.

Lee Warehouse support team automatically provides a one year warranty. Only cover quality issues. We are not responsible for any damage caused by physical, misuse or abusing. Shipping fee is not refundable. Buyers must check the items immediately after purchase or received and report any transit damage or faults by email within 36hrs of receiving the item. Lee Warehouse reserves the right to refuse courier claims that are made after this time. Warranty does not cover free bonus items such as free batteries, free accessories and shipping fee will not refund.
