We aim to process and ship your chosen piece of jewellery within 2 to 3 working days. If you need your item shipped quicker then please do send us an email and we will be happy to expedite the processing time for you. Whilst this is not guaranteed due to how busy the workshop is, we can normally accommodate this request.

We will ship your item for FREE by Royal Mail International Signed For. A signature will be required upon delivery. This will take 7-14 days and will be delivered by your New Zealand Postman. If you wish you may pay for expedited shipping ($55 NZD) by Fedex or DHL. This normally takes 4 working days once the order has shipped and will be fully trackable on the Fedex or DHL website.

Returns

You may return your item for a refund or size exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order details, name and address and a note of what you require and send to the following address LBG International Ltd The Thorns Mineral Lane Chesham Buckinghamshire HP5 1NJ United Kingdom Please mark the customs slip as “Returned Goods” and write “Customs Clearance Code 400063” on the front of the package. If you have received a faulty item we will refund your return shipping costs (please use the New Zealand Postal service to return your item). We are happy to provide a replacement on receipt of the returned item or a refund as you prefer. Please note that flaws in stones are part of the natural formation of the stone and are not considered a manufacturing defect.

Warranty

Your item of jewellery carries a 1 year warranty against any metal defects and a 6 month warranty for loss of stones. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, e.g. catching a claw on the ring which results in a stone being lost or accidentally knocking the ring causing a soft stone to break and subsequently fall out. We employ a strict quality control process so with the right care and attention your piece of jewellery will last a long time. We recommend removing your item prior to housework, gardening or any other manual labour. We also recommend removing the item prior to using hand creams, having a bath or shower or going swimming.
