I'd like to give a positive feedback, but I'm a bit disappointed really. I feel that although the items were packaged reasonably well, perhaps one item was not packaged being mindful of a previous break, so was broken. The boxing was very loose, and I think that perhaps using "recycled" packaging may not be the way to go with a more expensive item. To be told that you were too busy to deal with it yourself was just the icing on the cake. Unfortunately not too impressed with the follow through.
