The hose supplied did not match the hose that it was replacing & while technically usable it was not what was wanted as it wasn't identical to the original hose. Effectively it recreated the issue that was why the original hose was being replaced as the original hose kept falling apart, the new one does too

Unfortunately the seller does not understand that the parcel was not opened until 3 weeks after it arrived due to it being a surprise for my partner Because I did not see the conditions with the courier I was unaware of the time frame as I just paid as her instructions The seller also stated that she has stress issues and is in an “compromised situation” So I think that this is the underlying issue It’s not a huge amount of money and at the end of the day I am not unreasonable to deal with

Unfortunately trade was incomplete, item was only 1.2m high instead of 1.7m high as listed. Seller provided a prompt refund, cheers
